Hi,
Can 2 person from one family(mother & Son) become committee member in housing society? is there any bye laws about this they can or cannot. Mother was elected unopposed because of only female candidate and Son is elected in election.
Mother have 4 flat and Son have one flat in housing society but they stay in one flat and other 3 flat are no rent.

Yes both can be part of the committee as both of them have their respective flats in the building, relation wont have any effect on the same.

Both can be members in absence of any provision to the contrary.

If the bye laws make no such mention then each owner is a member with all rights.
