Dear experts,
I want to marry a girl. She has been staying away from her husband for around 4 years. Her husband left her because she couldn't pay dowry as per his demand. Now she is living with her parents in MP. Can she files case of divorce from her town? She doesn't need maintenance, she just want to divorce. Please advice.

I NAVEEN KUMAR FROM PANIPAT HARYANA,WE LIVED IN HARYANA POLICE STAFF QUARTERS AND WE HAVE PERMISSION FOR 1 YEAR,BUT CAN'T VACATE WITH IN LIMIT.
FOR EXTRA PERIOD WE ALSO PAY RENT OF THIS QAURTER.
SO DEPARTMENT CHARGED A HEAVY AMOUNT OF 768000/- AS FINE.
PLEASE HELP ME......

I had moved EP after successfully getting a degree against my tenant. But I have not got his present address. I had filed the EP in the address from where he was contesting the RCOP. The court is asking to give the address what have to do?Y advocate is only asking me to get the address. Kindly guide me

I have had a credit card and personal loan I did manage to pay 45/60 emis of personal loan but due to loss of job I was unable to pay further emis upon calculating I find that Emis paid has exceeded The principle by 38K. Furthermore I last paid my card in 2012 the same time when I lost my job. I could not pay. I did tell them when I get job I can pay or settle Now the Credit Card guys sent me a mail thru a law firm stating a civil suit and possession of property if any. I wish to know it the statute of limitation applies to me as its more then 4 years

A Plaintiff got a Writ Petition order passed by high court without informing or serving the defendant with the notice.
Who is responsible to deliver notice to defendant.
What can we do to cancel this order.

PLEASE KINDLY ADVICE IF A SUIT FOR DAMAGES CAN BE FILED IN DELHI COURT AGAINST ACQUITTED JUDGMENT PRONOUNCED BY A COURT IN PUNJAB IN FALSE 498A/406.
THE ACQUITTED PERSONS ARE PERMANENT RESIDENT OF NEW DELHI. IF YES THEN WHETHER IN HIGH COURT IN DELHI OR DISTRICT COURT DELHI.

Sir,
I am a converted christian and got married with a christian girl we both are from same community in India. After a short span of time due to differences in life style, thinking etc we got divorce by executing a divorce deed before public notary which was signed by both parties and witnesses. This custom is prevailing in our community in gujarat.
After some time I approached passport office for deletion of spouse name from my passport for which they asked divorce decree. A clause for passport is mentioned in our divorce agreement. So we contacted my x wife and her parents for their co operation in this matter. They became evasive and started fighting with us. Hence we call police and filed chapter case against them and later she filed many cases against me and my family including DV, 498 etc but we acquitted ourselves in all these matters after years of fighting. My petition for divorce decree case is still pending.
My question is whether I can file a suit for damages against my x wife for breach of trust and for filing bogus cases against my parents who are senior citizens. How much is it worth to file a suit for damages in this situation and how much time it takes?
Please advise. I will appreciate all your help!

Wrongly charged for signal breaking
Dear Sir
With reference to E-Challan No NTPCHN1700547687 & Two Weeler MH 02 DT 0864, (State Maharshtra, Mumbai) would like to mention that this challan was charged for breaking the signal, but the fact was that, in split the green signal to the left was green/on, i was wrongly charged for breaking the single.
the constable has taken by driving license and given me the e- challan.
I have not paid and would like to take legal action also CCTV are already installed it would be easy to proof that i have not broken the signal.
Hence kindly guide how to proceed with legal action or way out.
