MCD (Delhi) in the recent sealing drive sealed a temporary cabin (made for security guard) in the stilt parking area. No notice was ever pasted on the sealed cabin or was served on us before sealing.
Now we have removed the security guard.
Can we ourselves demolish the sealed cabin and what are the formalities to be completed by us if any.

My grandfather got neelami property measuring 14 kattha in bihar in the year 1935. We have the land certificate on stamp paper by court.
The land is in our possession. The mutation has not been done.
Am I still the owner of the property. Can the opposite party get the land certificate nullified. If the karamchari refuses to do mutation of property then what is the procedure.

यह सब जानकारी में अपने अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी के पक्ष में रख रहा हूं मेरे अंकल ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री में सर्विस करते थे उन्होंने अपनी सर्विस के दौरान ही दो शादियां कर रखी थी और प्रथम पत्नी का नाम उनके सर्विस बुक में दर्ज था 2003 में वहां ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री से सेवानिवृत्त हो गए थे और 2011 में उनका देहांत हो गया था और वहां ज्यादातर अपनी दूसरी पत्नी के साथ ही रहते थे पहली पत्नी के साथ कम रहना और उनसे कम मिलने के कारण 2011 में जब मेरे अंकल का देहांत हुआ मेरे अंकल की पहली पत्नी को 3 साल बाद पता चला कि उनके पति का देहांत हो गया है | देहात की खबर सुनने के बाद मेरे अंकल की पहली पत्नी ने पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने हेतु ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री में पत्राचार किया तो उनको पता चला की उनके नाम का गलत इस्तेमाल कर मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी 2 साल से भी अधिक समय तक पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ उठा चुकी थी उसके बाद मेरे अंकल की पहली पत्नी के पत्राचार करने के बाद उस पेंशन को रोका गया और और फिर ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री द्वारा विभिन्न एजेंसियों और डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जांच कराई गई | दोनों जांच में पाया गया कि पेंशन पाने की हकदार मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी है और उसके बाद ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री द्वारा मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी के दस्तावेज मांगे गए पेंशन जारी करने के लिए अग्रिम कार्यवाही की गई पर हमको इस बारे में कुछ नहीं पता था कि ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री के कुछ कर्मचारी मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी से मिले हुए थे | ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री के अधिकारियों कि मिलीभगत के कारण यह मेरे अंकल की दूसरी दूसरी पत्नी 2011 से 2013 तक पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ उठा सकी , उस पर सरकारी धन का दुरुपयोग करने की कार्यवाही नहीं हो पाई और ना ही मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी की 2013 से अभी तक पेंशन नहीं लग पाई है अब मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी द्वारा डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट का जजमेंट ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री में सौंपा गया है जिसमें 2006 में मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी को ex parte डिवोर्स देने की बात कही गई है जबकि हमारे समझ में यह नहीं आ रहा है जब 2006 में मेरे अंकल ने मेरी आंटी को Ex parte डाइवोर्स दे दिया था तो दूसरी पत्नी द्वारा मेरी आंटी का नाम इस्तेमाल करके 2 साल से भी अधिक समय तक पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ क्यों उठाया गया ... मेरे प्रश्नों यहां है... 1)- जबकि मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी द्वारा प्रथम पत्नी का नाम इस्तेमाल करके पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ गलत तरीके से उठाया गया तो इस मुद्दे में हम क्या करें? 2)- मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी द्वारा बताया गया है उनको एक भी बार कोर्ट द्वारा Ex Parte डाइवोर्स के संबंध में समन नहीं भेजा गया और ना ही Ex Parte डाइवोर्स की जजमेंट कॉपी भेजी गई जिस के अगेंस्ट में वह अपील कर सकें | 3)- क्योंकि मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी का नाम पेंशन पेमेंट ऑर्डर और सर्विस बुक में अभी भी दर्ज है तो क्या पेंशन पाने की असली हकदार अभी भी मेरी अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी है जबकि उनको कोर्ट द्वारा Ex Parte डाइवोर्स दे दिया गया है |

My in laws & wife filed 498 a case against me. In DV case court in its final judgement has ordered 5 lakhs compensation & 7000 as maintenance. Now my mother wants to give one plot of 1500 sft which was her self purchased property.
Is my wife will entitled her share if it transferred to me.
Pl give Ur opinions.

My mother bought a property in chennai in 1995 from the legal heirs of a deceased person via a registered will executed by their deceased father in 1994. The will not mention any executor name. On the basis of this registered will my mother bought this property without letter of administration. Legal heirs also gave a notorised affidavit in favour of my mother. House Tax was transfered in my mother name in 1995. She is paying house tax since then till now. Now she rented out this house. In this aspect please clarify the following.
1. Is it must to apply for Letter of Administration Now ?
2. Can the Thasildar now ask to get Letter of Administrfation from the court to transfer the Patta of the property in my mother name?

Dear sir;
i met with an accident within how many days i have to raise a complaint,
At the time of accident that third party person told not to give complaint he ll pay for medical and we reached the hospital and one of his doctor also told in bandage itself fracture will be alright then I decided to go with pop bandage and informed me to come after 15 days.
I went after 12 days to my family Doctor with the X-Ray report he suggested for surgery.
After that I informed to that third party person regarding surgery he is now that he can't do surgery and he is telling to give complaint.
What is the solution for this please tell me and with in how many days I have to raise the complaint and what are the documents I have to carry.

Dear ALL,
Here is an issue in which a person is in possession of an agricultural land for more than 50 years. This land was mortgaged by him with the owner of the land more than 50 years ago. The owner of the land has died long ago and he does not leave behind any legal representatives. No one has come forward to claim this land. Even the mortgagor has also died (his wife has also died) and his children are using the land for cultivation purpose. The mortgagor name is still there in the RTC and the land is still shown as under mortgage.
Now the children of the mortgagor wants to get this land in their names based on usage and possession. The RR5 and RR6 documents (Karnataka state) shows the name of the mortgagor from the last 50 years.
Please let me know the procedure to get the title for the children i.e., to show the names of the children as land owners in the RTC, Khata transfer on children's name. Also, whether this case has to be sorted out by AC Court(Asst. Commissioner) OR Tahsildar's action OR by a Civil Court.
