Dear Experts,
We are resident owners of flats in a resident building consisting of 26 flats in MP. We want to register our flat owners association under Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act 1960. As per Act minimum 20 members of different families are require to form a society. Out of total 26 flats, owners of 22-23 flats have agreed to register the bye laws and form a registered society/association but 3-4 flat owners do not agree for the same.
Can we majority of the flat owners in the building form the association and register our bye laws with registrar and whether it will be binding on the other owners who are not willing to sign any documents.

whether a son can file suit for partition agaisnt mother in respect of property inherited by her from her father.
Please take in consideration the fact that mother inherits like son- u/s.(3) of Hindu Succession Act all incidents of coparceneray are applicable to such inherited property. Naturally her son will get birth right in the property and therefore can file a suit for partition becuase it is not her self acquired or absolute property. Even u/s. 14 she will be absolute owner of her share and cannot usurp share of her sons and dauthers.

1. Is it possible to cancel by RDO or DRO(if yes . it wont create any issues in feature)

I had been working with a school for around 2 years, which I have left several years back. I have started my own classes since the last one year, now after several years the school has come up with a NO TUITION POLICY and banned only a PARTIAL list of EX teachers on their website with names.
The students have been asked to signup an undertaking that they will not go to those classes where these EX teachers teach, the child will not be allowed to sit in the exam or attend classes if they come to know.
I would like to know what are the options to go against the school?
Can I file a defamation case and any other?
How long does these type of go to get justice?
Also, what are the charges?
