Both the Husband and Wife living separately for the last 8 months..they have executed a deed of separation.
What is the legal effect of such Deed of Separation? Is it comparable with a decree of Divorce?
Will it help to get divorce by mutual consent or a contested divorce?

What is the procedure for mutual divore?
The husband stays in USA, he is comming in india for 4 days during durga puja,, but in those days civil court will remain closed. If both the parties signs the mutual petition,, is it necessary for both of them to be present at the time of filing? Husband will return to USA and again come back after 6 months..
