Dear Experts of the forum,
Sir/s,
A Builder from whom i purchased flat (I paid for my flat and there is no dispute) , had taken a loan on interest from me with a promise to return the money within 6 months along with the interest, and gave me three blank checks ( signed & undated ) in the year 2002; he failed to return me the money, and dodging the issue saying he needs some more time to return the money, but i have no hopes.
He is having terrace rights (Of our Flats)along with the land lord .Can i approach Court for transferring the terrace rights ,under 138A case ( after due process);the problem here is the check he gave me is personal, but Flats are constructed on firm name with one more partner who is staying in the same premises as i am staying, and also knows the fact.
Can some Expert/s, kindly suggest me way out for my problem PLEASE. I am from AP State.

Iam mohini i have applied H1B for USA on 4/29/09 through an employer named TrinityTL which is a chennai based company by giving 1.5Lakh for Processing my H1B Visa.
After Processing first resonse from USCIS as below on June 25, 2009
Receipt Number: WAC0914952114
Application Type: I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
Current Status: Request for Additional Evidence Sent
Second response from USCIS on 8/8/09 as below:
Receipt Number: WAC0914952114
Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
Current Status: Approval notice sent.
Third response fron USCIS on 9/4/09 as below:
Receipt Number: WAC0914952114
Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
Current Status: Case reopened or reconsidered based on USCIS determination, and the case is now pending.
We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on September 3, 2009, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service.
Afte this there is no response emails from USCIS and i called to the customer care of USICS www.uscis.gov , (800) 375-5283 and i got the information like they have mailed I-797 form to my employer.
After getting this information i called to my employer who is in Chennai as well as in US but they have not given an response for me and they had given wrong information telling like my application got rejected but the truth is my application is not rejected till now and i requested them to send a scanned copy of I797 form still they have not send me those details,
Is it possible to file the case for this fraud on my employer i have email proofs and money transfer proof from my account.
Please someone respond me immediately,

Dear Experts Friends of the forum!
I have a fallowing doubt, kindly clarify me Please.
{I am a Hindu Female, married in the year 1979 and hails from AP state.}
Wants to file partition suit ( mesne profits )on a family member( Only brother & his family) who is enjoying the property all these years. The details are,
1) Some property is give on Lease/Rent,
2) Some property is been sold,(Major portion is sold by father and some by [only] brother & his sons )
3) Some property is in court cases.
My question is whether the Court fee is to be paid, if yes; how much( the Calculations )? Will this act of mine is barred by Limitation Act.(my mother died long back and father had died in the year 2003)?
Hope The expert Will guides me at the earliest ,

Hi,
If an injuction is taken against a property or land, can we cancel that injuction order, and can we stop doing any development on that particular property(ex: taking laon and using that for some other purpose.).
Reply will be very much help ful.

IF ANY MAKES A FALSE CASE REGARDING THEFT, RAPE ETC AND MAKES AN FIR. THE CASE IS BEING FORWARDED TO COURT, then wat is the procedure to prove it as false.

The Delhi High Court judgement [W.P.(C)16712/2006] dt 10.11.2006 in the cas of Shri Surinder Pal Singh is not available on the website of the said High Court.
Where can i get it?

DEAR EXPERTS ,Here i am in need of legal advice on court case which iwas filed for partition ,here one my brother {Elder }was solded out a bit of land on saada binamma paper with out concent of remaining 2 younger brothers , it is totally joint patta agricultural lands ,the same was acquired by my father & in turn the said lands was paternal grand fathers properties un-divided properties still date . the said 2 persons Diffandants came to court on my brother saada binaama paper and appeared in the court ,now the question is that what will the court my order on this problem .here we younger brothers was not singed in the saada bi-naama papers .we both plaintiffs was filed this case .kindly reply me on my problem ,
2. And also one decree holder 1978 was also taken in absence of we two brothers concent and obtained decree on land in 1978. with my mother& my elder brother at that time we all are majors {in 1978.}Now in this fresh case we have sended summons to said decree holder but he was not came forward to the court the summons was recived by him last month .can the decree will valid?
