Whether Demarcation proceeding by revenue authority is judicial or administrative in nature? Report prepared by the surveyor of revenue dept. comes under what is it action of judicial? Plz. suggest.

It is neither judicial nor administratice but statutory under the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act.
