Dear Sirs,
Central Pollution Control Board has given us order for closure of one of our unit. Charging that the effluents are drained to the river and the effluent treatment plant is not working properly.
Please advise the action plan whether Art. 482 can be invoked?

DEAR SIR,
MY MOTHER WILLED A HOUSE IN DELHI IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER AMONG THREE BROTHERS;-
1. GF TO ONE BROTHER WHICH WAS CONSTRUCTED BY HER.
2. FIRST FLOOR TO ANOTHER BROTHER WHICH WAS FULLY CONSTRUCTED TOO.
3. THE SECOND FLOOR , ON WHICH NOTHING HAD BEEN WAS WILLED TO ME.
4. AS PER BYE LAWS OF THE MCD PREVAILING AT THAT TIME ONLY TWO AND HALF FLOORS COULD BE CONSTRUCTED.
MY QUERY IS
5. AS THE OWNER OF THE SECOND FLOOR ON THE HOUSE ON WHICH NOTHING HAD BEEN CONSTRUCTED TILL THE TESTATORS DEATH, DO I ALSO HAVE RIGHTS UPTO SKY OVER THE PROPERTY.
I REITERATE THAT THE WILL STATES THAT
1. GF TO ONE BROTHER
2. FF TO ANOTHER AND
' SECOND FLOOR ON WHICH NOTHING HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED' TO ME.
KINDLY CITE CASE LAWS ON THIS SUBJECT.

My bank has not made inventory while taking possession of my movable assets under SARFAESI is it not contravention of the Act. What is my remedy.

CONSIDER X AS THE PROPERTY OWNER.BECAUSE OF SOME FINANCIAL CRUNCH X HAS EXECUTED THE POWER OF ATORNEY TO Y AND TAKEN LOAN OF 10LACS FROM Y.AFTER ONE MONTH MR Y MAKES AN AGREEMENT WITH Z WHO IS HIS WIFE AND WITNESSING HIS TWO CHILDREN IN REGISTERED OFFICE AND REGISTERED THE DEED.AFTER ANOTHER MONTH WHEN I WAS IN OUT OF STATION MR Y HAS EXECUTED A SALE DEED IN BEHALF OF HIS WIFE Z. NOW THEY R DEMANDING 30LACS WITH ME TO RETURN THE PROPERTY. SO PLS ADVICE ME HOW TO COME OUT OF THE SITUATION .

X regd his vehicle as private car with the Insurance Co but got it regd as Motor cab. He did not inform the Insurance co about registering the vehicle as cab. The car met with an accident and the insured lodged claim with the Insurance co for the damages. The driver was holding LMV non transport DL. Insurance co repudiated the claim stating that the driver was not holding a valid DL as he was holding LMV non transport. He renewed the policy twice as private car only.
whether the repudiation is valid or not? Any citations in support.

Registratation of land under high court case pening
we have an ancestral property of with all the rights and pattedar passbooks.our father' sisters asked for partition Suite which disposed in lower court on the basis of arbitration made with their own consent.
Now they again approached high court of Andhrapradesh challenging the decree made by lower court. Till its pending in High court since 2006.
Are we eligible to shall only our part in property and is their constraints for the case pending presently due to registration of the same to third party.
