Respected Advocates,
An errant Schedule Caste man is threatening/blackmailing to file a criminal case under sc/st act to a person. Actually the sc man has encroached the land of his neighbor and threatening that if u will file civil suit then I will file several criminal case under sc/st act, also he sends his wife to quarrel with the person. Out of fear the person even has stopped going/visiting to his own land. In this situation what the affected person should do?
Is there any provision for anticipatory action exists?
Plz. Advice.

A case for injunction was filed by tenant.
Rent receipt was forged beyond doubt, but i never preferred the receits to be sent to FSL to prove it as I wanted to solicit more info reg rents.
The final argument is complete and awaited judgment.
Can i prefer a criminal case now against the tenant regarding the alleged forgery?
Pl clarify legal status sirs.

We a large number of people deposited huge amount of money in a company.It is a propriter company.Now properiter arrested and on bail. Case is in economic offence Court. We want to move before Court to consification of property of the Company. Whether the depositors have right to send legal notice to the propritor for winding up the company and return the deposit amount. Thank you

Dear All,
I am staying at Andheri West. At our residence place builder is developing some SRA flats. Actual our society having 80 tenants rooms and as per Servey Annexure II it shows 124 Tenants rooms. My question is how builder is incresse the number of flats from 80 to 124.
Is there any loss for our society.

Dear sir,
My father was having a dealership sko/ldo for a district, he died in 1993. according to his will the dealership was given to me, oil company asking to produce probate, I have applied for probate in the civil court, the court wants the citation for heritable right of dealership. Pls guide in the matter whether dealership is heritable right and a probate can be issued by the court.

Hi
one of my friend is facing following problems:
1.a person parks his car on road facing house of his (such person) relative and thus road is getting blocked and my friend is not able to move his car from this road. Please advice what legal action we can take/how we can threat such person not to do this in legal manner as he does most of the time his car is on the road.
