Recently i wanted to start short term share trading thro a company with web named www.bestanalysis.co.in as thier sms regularly showed profit of Rs1200 to even 2000/=daily on investment of Rs50000/=and they said to charge Rs500/= on profit making calls only. But when searched about their complaints from investers ,it was found only -ve ie after investment ,they dont bother to even receive calls,in short it seems they are making fool of our people. How we can take legal action against such companies and what sort of action we can take and do our law punish them and what is the punishment

can any one download agreement for debt property swap. mortgaged property is being swapped with partial debt. it is sort of foreclosure with consent also

We had public limited company which went into liquidation in the year 1999.highcourt of ahmedabad apponited liquadator but officer appointed did not take any action tilldate now assets and liabilites remaim as it is.Kindly let me know under which section of law we can take we can take back the company as we are ready to make payment and clear all liabilities. in continuation to my query t, The said partners have received there due share and have acknowledged the same in the retirement deed and have given all the powers to the continuing partners , the point i like to ask is retirement deed has to be registered or not , moreover can we enitiate any case for damages and what other remedies we have.

A Bank has granted loan to a local authority. Bank has defaulted in repayment and ac has truned NPA. Some amount is payable by the Bank to that authority by way of a Tax. whether the Bank can exercise its right of set off and appropriate that amount payable as Tax against amount due from that Authority?

Hello Experts,
I am in need of your guidance on the following question:
If an overseas branch of the indian bank commits default in discharging its debts, then in our winding up petition, can we also demand that such bank also be closed?
Further, can we take indian bank's assets for discharging the debts of that overseas branch?
Any regulations / cases on the point?
