Hello, I am currently in my second year of undergraduate btech degree. I intend to study patent law after graduation and become a patent attorney. I want to know what are the best options for me :
1. A JD from a US law school or an llb from
an indian law school. which would be
better ?
2. Should i go for an MS first in a related
field and then go for law school ?
3. I heard about some joint degree programs
like JD/MS. Are they a good option ?
4. Also is an LLM in IP law important to
progress in the field or a JD/LLB would
be sufficient ?
I intend to work in India in the long term.
A little help please, i m not getting any good advice in the engineering circles !
Thank You :)

What is the role of the Public Information officer?; What is the hierarchy of the information officers?;
RTI REPLY/DIRECTIONS BY RESPONDENTS DURING SECOND APPEAL VALIDITY
Good Afternoon Experts
Kindly clarify when a second appeal u/s 19(2) is before the Central Information Delhi and fixes date for hearing for presence of the Commission, the directions to another respondent in a case fore supply of information during the pendency of second appeal before Central Information Commission is maintainable or valid due to the fact that the CIC has to issue necessary directions/orders to the respondents and u/s 19(7) of Central Act, the decision of CIC is final and binding on both the parties. The issue has to be decided by the CIC but not by the Public Authorities.
Thanks
