Dear all member
How are you, I applied for do course B.ED from Anupama college of Education Bangalore in October 2010 but due to reason of compulsory subject of English in graduation college is not taking admission in B.ED it mean i am not eligible for take admission in b.ed. Before 4 months ago I went for verify original documents and confirm about admission then he told that you are not eligible for take admission as you haven't English Subject and your fees will be refund within one week. Now when do I talk to a college about that then nobody want to talk about that.I paid fee by demand draft in the favour of Anupama college of Education payable at Bangalore. It was Amt. 20,000 and it has been discounted by the college. Now I want to know that can i take legal action. Its about to one year but i couldn't get that refund.
I completed LLB in 2006 and enrolled with Bar. From june 2006 to spt.2009 I work as a junior with a senior advocate. Due to my personal problems from oct.2009 I leave the practice and join a job with CA office. Can I practice in taxation under the name of an Advocate and can I apply for JMFC examination. Please suggest.

respected sir,
please read it without getting bored..its a little lenghthy.
I am an engineer. graduated recently. i never used a caste ceritificate , not even for securing my engineering seat as my rank was 42 in entire state i reside. now i am applying for post gradute entrance exam. and i want to use the benefits of my caste as there will be more peoples applying for it and higher level of competition.
MY father didn hav any recent valid caste certificate. so i took my uncle's (father's brother)caste ceritificate as a proof of caste. but he is in ST category and my school record says i belong to CAT 1.
confusion started when the tehsil office and the revenue dept. after verfying my uncle's caste certificate and other records like ration card and proof of my relationship with my uncle, they gave me a ST certificate.
MY QUESTION IS ,,, can i use this ST certificate or should i go back to tehsil to tell about my school records? is it legal or illegal to use this ST certificate ? what consequences i may face and why? and if it is legal are they going to enquire into my school record in the future for any circumstances ? and what are such circumstances?
this is the same situation with most of the peoples belonging to our caste.. many of their own blood relatives are considered as ST and its well known to everyone and nothing FAKE OR FALSE about it! some tehlils/ in some districts consider us as pure ST and some consider as CAT 1.
please advice .. i want to be a good scholar. i neither want to be a cheater nor i want to be a stupid.
