Recently I have completed my LLB from Mumbai University. I am doing LLM in Mumbai University. I am also working with in a Government Office. My question is what are the carrer options for me. Presently I do not want to leave my job as my family is dependent on my earnings. Can I appear as a lawyer for any person in my family in the court. What are the other options for me.

Following is the Extract from www.icwai.org>members>Code of Conduct>(Ctrl+F Advocate):
Members of the Institute in practice who are otherwise eligible may practice as advocates subject to the permission of the Bar Council but in such case, they should not use designation 'Cost Accountant' in respect of the matters involving the practice as an advocate. In respect of other matters they should use the designation 'Cost Accountant' but they should not use the designation 'Cost Accountant' and 'advocate' simultaneously.
So does that mean - any State Bar Council in India accepts to enroll practicing Cost Accountant as Advocate..??
