AGE LIMIT FOR LLB ADMISSION

What is the MAXIMUM age limit for admission to 5 year BA-LLB course ?

If some one can not get admission in LLB after some maximum age, why any body can get admission in CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY , COMPANY SECRETARY etc. courses at any age ?

If i have given a loan to a company and the company has been recognised as a sick company. also my limitation period is about to get over. is their any way i can recover my loan from the sick company? please help asap!

i need some information related to two year general LLB and three year LLB degree.i am a graduate and recently in a second year of LLB.i have taken three year LLB course.i want to do CS also. shold i opt for third year or two year is sufficient?

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Friend is doing graduation in a institute which is affiliated by ANDHRA UNIVERSITY in Visakhapatnam. In spite of his good performance in the third semester exams. he was awarded very poor marks in a paper.How can he get his evaluated answer paper from Andhra University under RTI?
how much rupees he required to pay towards application fees?kindly direct me.

charging of higher fees and syllabus preparation

whether there is any act which stipulates the fees charges and restrict the schools to do not charge the fees above the specified rates.....and any school can be permitted to frame their own syllabus and not give importance to govt. notifications...i m talking about gujarat govt.

right to education

my son is studying in st. xaviers loyola school in ahmedabad. this school is a minority school getting govt.aid. the school has failed my child in class VII in the year 2010. he is repeating the class VII in the current academic. WHETHER THE SCHOOL CAN FAIL A CHILD TILL EIGHT STANDARD. SECONDLY, SCHOOL IS ALSO CHARGING VERY HIGH FEES. IS THERE ANY PROVISION REGARDING THE CEILING OF THE FEES CHARGING BY THE SCHOOL.......WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE AGAINST THE SCHOOL.
