One Person Who Completed LLB From One Recognised University From Maharashtra 6 Year Back, After That He Done Nothing, and Now Staying in Kolkata and Want to Practice.
Now How Can he Start Again.
Not Yet Registered Any Where, Just Completed LLB.
Not Practice.
Can HeRegister in Kolkata.
Please Advice.the Detail Procedure.

let me clarify my query regarding sale of company by way of transfer of ownership what is procedure to be followed for that effect as per companies act.

I am going the submit my enrolment form is the bar council of delhi.
I would like to know about can i only practise in state of delhi or can be practise outside of state of delhi.

sir me pursuing c.s right in intermediate level.me just enroll myself in llb.me also had diploma in hospitality course.due to graduation in this year me didnt get admission in llb so now just me enrolled in mba due to bit confusion in which stream me have to mba(finance or human resource) so that me will get eligible for llb.

One of my friend going to Purchase agricultural land near Ratnagiri.there is a problem for sale of land since collector permission is required for selling this land. Permission was not getting. hence cancel this deal.but my friend has given Rs. 2 Lakh by cheque and Rs.2 Lakh by cash.total consideration of this deal is Rs.24 lakh.
now due to cancellation my friend asked to return the amound paid by him. he has (Land owner)has given a cheque of Rs.2 Lakh
and deposited in bank this is cleared. but cash given to land owner is not received and he is not interested to return it. what can we do. this has agreed by Land lord if any problem he will refund amount. (Terms and conditions written on Rs.100 stamp paper but not registerd.

"A" is landlord and staying in the ground floor of her apartment. She had rented first floor to "B" and they are tenants for past 9 years. There was no formal agreement or tenancy deed between them. Now "A" wants the first floor for personal use and has asked several times the tenants to vacate but they are not vacating. What recourse does A has with her.
Please advise.

Two degrees from two universities
Can I legally pursue two postgraduate degrees from two universities at once? For eg- LLB from DU and MA Sociology (correspondence) from IGNOU at once if I can manage? Is it legally allowed? What if I drop out from one university by chance?
