Respected sir,
I have completed my graduation with first class and have taken admission in a law college( 3 years llb course).I am a fresher and don't have any idea about the examination and how all it goes in 1st year llb (1st sem).So,can please someone help me out on this.

I have done regular LL.M. after my enrolment. Whether the period of LL.M. can be counted as practise. whether there is any law on this point?

If the Oral Judgment is Oral then how it is in written.

In pakistan. independence of judiciary means elimination of financial control of the executive over the judiciary, and therefore the chief justices are authorised to make re appropriation of funds within the budgetary allocation, without the approval of finance ministry.
India also follows such system or not? elaborate .

Sir/Mam,,Like IAS,IPS,judicial exam also got an recognition as IJS...And being a law graduate student i would like to appear for this exam..but as such iam not getting any details about this course..If you can guide me will be of great help...
