can i run a proprietor firm to provide legal and tax consultancy and advertise in my name giving advocate as suffix in the sign board

if you are a lawyer duly regd with bar council you can offer legal and tax consultancy have your sign board in building hwerein you have your office or are residing .

Agree with Mr. Ajay Sethi and I would like to add - Legal Services and Advocacy is a Profession and not a Business. Hence You can not advertise to solicit the Clients. You can have you name board with standard readable size. Alos if you intent to add other partner, then he must also be Registered Legal practitioner.

but the same will be in different name say M/s XYZ Enterprises
Prop-Mr. PQR advocate
can this way the same sign board or visiting card be designed. is there any conflict with legal ethics
