can u please clear my doubts regarding issue of c-form by purchasers---
Suppose A purchased respective Qty in the Quarter but received some in the Respective Quarter(qtr) and balane in next, so he issued c-form for only the respective qty Recd by him in the Respective Quarter..so the difference arises as Seller Show full Quantity sold by him in the resp.qtr. whereas purchaser issued c-form ,only for the qty recd by him? Please solve the query with notification No. or circulars,if there is...

Qty is irrelevant, what is important is the bill date.

The forms shall be issued by the respective purchaser based on bill dates falling on whichever quarter.
