I Vijaykumarrdey k passed SSC in 2004 and i have name in ssc memo vijya kumar reddy k insted of vijay kumar reddy. k then i went to ssc board, they informed me that we can change the name.They also told me to get request letter from School principal & and admission record xerox copy. I have the principal letter & i did it they change my name as per admin records as vijaya kumar reddy k then my actuval name is vijaykumarreddy. k what should i do i wnat to change my name as vijaykumarreddy.k so what is the procedure to do

Whether below statements are correct ?
A)The adoption of the pre-incorporation contract by the company will create a contract between the company and the parties If the option of the contract is made as one of the objects of the company in its Memorandum of Association. Here, If company fails to make payment, Then company shall be held liable alone and not the Promoters.
B)If a company, after incorporation enters into a fresh contract in terms of the pre incorporation contract, the pre-incorporation contract shall stand cancelled, and accordingly, the liabilities of Promoters shall come to an end. Here, If company fails to make payment, Then company shall be held liable alone and not the Promoters.

Dear Experts
I have a case filed in the Bombay High Court.Last hearing was more than 2 months back when the judge announced that date of next hearing will be computer generated.We have not got any hearing so far.We feel its some foul play going on by the opponents and our lawyer is also not trying hard to get a date.Can you please suggest me what can be done to know what is actually going on and why are we not getting the date for hearing.I was suggested by someone to get the matter under RTI . In case we have to do that please tell me the procedure of getting the case under RTI

kindly tell me if there is any recent ruling(decision)by Supreme court of india about the minimum marks to be granted by interview panel in interview, to the candidate should be 50% of the total alloted marks in any govt. sector/public sector jobs?? kindly provide me with the ruling copy / link.....thanks

Generally at the time of appointment in psu or any other govt. org they ask for 2 refree person to whom bank will verify our character and etc like from how many days do u know mr.x,does any court case against him and similar question like that but what will happen if that person gives false verification report?

I will be highly obliged to know whether
Q1>if I complete 3 years LLB through correspondence course, should I be allowed to sit for the Bar council exam to become a practicing member or to have a license?
Q2 > What are the possibilities to become a practicing member of Bar Council and get a license after completion of MBL or LLM?
Q3> What if I complete Company Secretary Professional qualification. may I be eligible to get the License?
Q4> I am 38 years old and want to pursue law as my second career, how best possible way may I start?
