Dear Experts
I have a case filed in the Bombay High Court.Last hearing was more than 2 months back when the judge announced that date of next hearing will be computer generated.We have not got any hearing so far.We feel its some foul play going on by the opponents and our lawyer is also not trying hard to get a date.Can you please suggest me what can be done to know what is actually going on and why are we not getting the date for hearing.I was suggested by someone to get the matter under RTI . In case we have to do that please tell me the procedure of getting the case under RTI

kindly tell me if there is any recent ruling(decision)by Supreme court of india about the minimum marks to be granted by interview panel in interview, to the candidate should be 50% of the total alloted marks in any govt. sector/public sector jobs?? kindly provide me with the ruling copy / link.....thanks

Generally at the time of appointment in psu or any other govt. org they ask for 2 refree person to whom bank will verify our character and etc like from how many days do u know mr.x,does any court case against him and similar question like that but what will happen if that person gives false verification report?

Sir, I did my MCA in 2006. I have been working as a lecturer since September 2006 in an engineering college. I have joined M.Tech sequential(computer science) course at Uttar Pradesh technical university in 2011. This course is not regular and it is designed for working teachers only. The duration of a m.tech regular course is 2 years and M.Tech. sequential is of 3 years. M.Tech sequential course is not approved by UGC and AICTE but only technical university is running this course to update the teachers qualification.
Now in 2013, this is my last year and I have completed my all written examinations (I,II,III semesters) and the final project thesis is still to be submitted. The problem is that I have registered myself in a PhD course in September 2013 after completing all my written examinations. The university is same means UP Technical university but I am doing PhD from a autonomous college of this university. College has admitted me on behalf of my MCA degree, now I have to be appeared for the coursework exam of PhD course in January in the same university but my project thesis of m. tech sequential is not submitted yet.
Does the university or college have any right to cancel my PhD registration as I am doing this PhD course regularly.
I am very confused because I have to fill the examination form and enrollment number is there on my M.Tech sequential markssheets of I,II,III semester and final marks sheet will come after submitting my project. Although I am already a MCA and eligible for PhD course. How can I solve this problem. Please advise me as soon as possible…………….

Dear All,
My name is venugopal, My brother got some Initial name problem in SSC marks memo as our initial name is V (VADLA) but unfortunately my brother got initial as B(10 years back). As we don't know what to do, my brother wants to apply passport for that he needs SSC marks memo but in that memo name contains initial as B. please suggest us what to do in this particular situation.

Sir,
May be I have not been able to put across my query in the right perspective .So please suggest about further course of action in this case as the university authorities have given no reason for cancellation of the course.Also guide me on whether my case will be filed in Punjab & Haryana High Court or Patiala Consumer Court.

Whether below statements are correct ?
A)The adoption of the pre-incorporation contract by the company will create a contract between the company and the parties If the option of the contract is made as one of the objects of the company in its Memorandum of Association. Here, If company fails to make payment, Then company shall be held liable alone and not the Promoters.
B)If a company, after incorporation enters into a fresh contract in terms of the pre incorporation contract, the pre-incorporation contract shall stand cancelled, and accordingly, the liabilities of Promoters shall come to an end. Here, If company fails to make payment, Then company shall be held liable alone and not the Promoters.
