There is a dispute regarding between two persons about filing of case in a particular court which is not a jurisdiction of the particular case. ex ( the place related to chennai but they want to file in delhi) can do we like that?

University fee refund delay

Sir,
I apply for refund of my fee (1.75 Lcas)on July 10, 2013 before the last date of admission withdrawn.

Many time I called the SRM university modinagar but always receipt diplomatic answers. they did not denied but delaying.

can you help me to get this done by way of labor courts or

Advance fee refund issue 5 days before starting the batch

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken registration for classes from a branch of **** Institute and paid the
full amount 10 days before starting the batch. & they give us provisional receipt
on which **Non-refundable and transferable is written**.

I want to cancel my registration & i Inform the Branch by Return Mail for
Cancellation 5 days before starting the batch.

But now the branch says your fees Amount will not be refunded.

please gives suggestion regarding this issue.
