Sir recently in Bihar my caste(tanti) get included into sc category, earlier it was in obc category. So, can I apply in sc category in forth coming examinations of ibps and ssc? I am confused becz it was done by state govt. But in central list my caste is still in obc category.

It is informed that we had taken a total amount of Rs 2,40,000/ as education loan from UBI Kannur branch under EWS scheme since the year 2010-11 to 2012-13 ie. @ Rs 80,000/- as one installment per year. My daughter was completed her degree course as B tech by Jun 2013. In view of the completion of moratorium period by Jun 2014, I had approached your branch and fixed Rs 4205/- pm as equal monthly installment for 7 years for re-payment of the loan amount of Rs 2,40,000/- which is outstanding at the end of moratorium period.
Now the has issued and notice asked me/ my daughter to pay Rs 25,207.89 as interest accrued since Jan 2015 onwards . It is not understood, because I have paid all the interest due from Jul 2014 to till date @ Rs 4205/- pm as EMI fixed at the end of moratorium period which was agreed to pay.
On approaching the UBI Kannur branch manager, he said that the outstanding amount was the interest accrued during moratorium period .
Kindly advise me further action

I am selected as postal assistant in aska division of odisha circle and i was intimented about it by a letter from postal dept for 2013-14 recruitment. In that letter it was mentioned that i am provisionally selected for that post and my appointment is subjected to successful completion of preappointment formalities like document verification, caste certificate verification, police verification and they also mentioned to produce a good health certificate from chief division medical officer at the time of document verification. I went to my division office on the day they mentioned in that letter and produced all the required documents. My verification procedure took a time period of two months. After successfully verification of all required formalities a letter was issued to me for starting inhouse training at my division headquarter for two weeks from 23-04-2015 to 5-5-2015. During my training period a letter was issued by postal directorate to keep in abeyance on issuing joining and training letter of newly recruited candidates on 27-04-2015. After completion of my inhouse training i came to know about this order and my office did not give me joining. I filled rti to know the reason of abeyance but the reply was its material form is not available. I waited thinking it will be settled but now i see uncertainity in its settlement and no one giving me and all the suffering candidates proper reason behind this abeyance.
Kindly go through the situation and kindly suggest me what legal steps can i take to get my joining and to know the reason of this abeyance and its settlement period. Mail id-sahurabikiran5@gmail.com

Sir, I am a permanent primary school teacher in a state govt. undertaking govt.primary school. But want to go for the higher studies in law and I have taken admission in a full time 3yr, ll.b degree and have submitted my all supporting documents of my employment to the university. And I ask for a 'no objection certificate' from my employer but did not get the 'noc'. But I am continuing the full time ll.b course by taking all the valid leaves i.e. C.L/without pay leave. And my attendance for the class is perfect and regular.
My question is that after getting this 3yr, full time, ll.b degree, in future can I register my degree in the Bar Council of India as an advocate, if I resign from my job at that time? And at that time can I go for the judicial exam or any other law based exam for govt. Job? And is there any chance to face any legal problem on the matter of this degree, if so, what should I need to do at that time?
Please, help...

Obc status
I have applied in an all india level exam in 2013,when delhi jat has only state level reservation of obc,i marked my category as obc ,while filling the form and interviews of the said examination were conducted in december 2014 ,so at that tym we got the centralised obc certificate made ,as jats got central obc status in march2014, and during verification of documents in interview dey have submitted my obc central level certificate and said dat it is valid,as it is mentioned clearly in their advertisement notification dat central level obc certificate dated before interview date is acceptable,and it is no where mentioned about obc status of central level at the time of filling applicatn form,...and in final result i got d appointment ,so sir my questn is that if the examining authority does not hve any problem in dat obc certificate ,will dey refuse appointment to me ,and the final result was declared in jan2015,i.e before sc has quashed obc reservatn for jats...plz clarify dat whether appointed authority will hve any problem in it,bcoz dey will again verify documents before issuing joining letter,so sir or will dey raise any objection about ??
