the seller has supplied the goods to the buyer. the buyer has received them but not paid for them.
Apart from the remedy available under Sec 55 of the sale of goods act where the seller can sue the buyer for non payment can the seller also demand back the goods so supplied

I and my two friends were riding in two motor vehicles .i and one of my friend was in one vehicle(i was A2 and one sitting at my back was A3) and my third friend(A1) was riding another vehicle.He(A1) did a wheelie and he hitted an ice cream vehicle .i and one of my friend didnot do anything ...the driver of ice cream vehicle didn't got injured but his vehicle got damaged.my friend (A1) left hand got fractured..but police filed case under sections ipc 308 279 337 and one another section (motor vehicle act) claiming that the ice cream driver got injured(which wasnot happened)..we had been remanded and got bail after 5 days.....please tell me that if we will be sent to jail again in future....please help me...

Sir recently in Bihar my caste(tanti) get included into sc category, earlier it was in obc category. Can I apply in sc category in forth coming examinations of ibps and ssc? I am confused becz it was done by state govt. But in central list my caste is still in obc category.what should I do caste certifate to ek hi category ka banega na? Aisa to nahi ho sakta ki central government job k liye obc certificate produce kare aur state government k liye sc certificate??

Sir case in cour.ans status of court-abscander & arrest warrent is issued but party not arrested N farar. what solution of ccancellation of warrent ???? Any stay mil sakta hai kya kyuke party ne insolvrncy act mai petition laga de hai.please advised on this situation

I have repaid my education loan with sbi under NPA Status. But it is still showing as WRITTEN-OFF in my CIBIL Report. I currently have two more house building loans which i am paying properly and has no issues with them and filing ITR properly with an income as shown Rs 311000/-. But as my CIBIL score is 560 i failed to get a credit card. My questions are :
1. How can i solve my WRITTEN-OFF status to "Closed with Nil Dues" with SBI?
2. How can i get a minimum balance credit card against a fixed deposit?
I deal in IT Services business so i need to buy online regularly and my debit cards are not supported by all online purchase mediums, they need a credit card. So, how can I convince my banker "bank of india" and "icici bank" to give me a credit card against a fixed deposit?
3. Should i approach ombudsman for a solution with SBI as i have repaid their loan under a settlement as suggested by them which may now hurt my cibil score. Can SBI still do anything so my loan status comes as closed with no dues, if so what are they and what i need to do?

I have applied in an all india level exam in 2013,when delhi jat has only state level reservation of obc,i marked my category as obc ,while filling the form and interviews of the said examination were conducted in december 2014 ,so at that tym we got the centralised obc certificate made ,as jats got central obc status in march2014, and during verification of documents in interview dey have submitted my obc central level certificate and said dat it is valid,as it is mentioned clearly in their advertisement notification dat central level obc certificate dated before interview date is acceptable,and it is no where mentioned about obc status of central level at the time of filling applicatn form,...and in final result i got d appointment ,so sir my questn is that if the examining authority does not hve any problem in dat obc certificate ,will dey refuse appointment to me ,and the final result was declared in jan2015,i.e before sc has quashed obc reservatn for jats...plz clarify dat whether appointed authority will hve any problem in it,bcoz dey will again verify documents before issuing joining letter,so sir or will dey raise any objection about ??

I received some injury due to an accident in an office due to the negligence of their security guard and was operated upon.
How can i claim compensation for that and under what provisions or law...
Do i need to hire services of a lawyer or file any civil or criminal case for this.
