My house has badly damaged due to water drainage maintained by water supply department Haryana,now i want to file a consumer complaint for damages but problem is this ,i am not consumer of water supply department,how & under which provision i can file complaint.Is it mandatory to serve a 2 month prior legal notice to Govt..Thanks

1. What is the zero no. comolain? 2. what is the I part and II part of crime reg. no.? 3. what is th 'clossing pursis'? Is there any provision for that?

My company wants to form a benefit fund for its employee's with the object to help them financially,in which there will be monthly contribution from all the employee's. Should I form a society or trust? where should I register it? how much time does it take for registration in Maharastra.

hindu religion is most acridly attacked particularly for the practice of sutee-custom once upon a time.today, no sane person would support that once prevalent obnoxious custom but the question remains sud the entire hindu philosophy be held responsible for that practice? if so, then sud not christianity be discarded? the victims of sutee practice did not compose nor explain the Vedas but it was Christ himself who propounded the New Testament with Old Testament as its corner stone yet like a victim of sutee christ was killed in the name of religion!

can any one say what will be the effect of depreciation on capitalisation of exchange rate difference? and how to calculate balance life of the asset to amortise ex.rate difference adjusted to asset as impact of amendment?
I interpret that balance life of the asset should be calculated from day amendmnet comes into effect and not from the day exchange rate diff.provided to P&L.am i right in my interpretation?
tell me as early as possible as possible
