Hi, I have a friend whom I know in my college, After the completion of my college one day he messaged me in facebook that he is need of money ( 6000/- ) , and he will give it with in 5 days, so I have transferred (Online Banking) money but he is not giving money till now almost 3 months over. When ever I call him he gives so many excuses. and I'm not getting what do I need to do to get my money back. I don't know where he lives. I have only two references of him one is face book and other is phone number.What can I do in this situation.

i have a study loan at my native place Orissa. We took some amount from KPG bank keeping my house documents in morgauge.
I can not give the whole amount. can i get the one time settlement option in there.
if yes how can i get it done.

Hi Experts,
I am Hindu, but I got marriage Muslim guy as special Act 1954, after 3years of marriage life, he left me and he is trying to marriage in muslim religion , I filed case on him, its going in court , but before than me , he was applied divorce case, recently he came up with new surprise for path up , rejoin, but he put an condition , I want to convert Muslim, if I convert , he may have chance to get divorce easily or he wants to marry another girl with out divorce,
Kindly suggest me , can I convert , or if I convert I loose special Act marriage law,

Hi Sir,
I work for Indian Railways. I joined 1 year back only.
I was not feeling well these days and I have applied for sick leave. I took private medical sick and have sent it to my office.
My office people are saying that if we do private sick from a place which is less than 9 kilometers from where Railway hospital is there they are not going to accept it and its mandatory to get treated in railway hospital only.
Can some one help me with any possible solution with this. I am getting treated by a private doctor(my family doctor). and I dont have great faith on treatment given in government hospitals.
Can some one guide me further on this. What is the best way through which I can reply to my office people.
I dont want to get my job effected in any way. Please help.

A member in our society has requested for a NOC to open a Current Account with the bank as she has taken up to professional training. The session will not be held in the flat but at various company locations.
As secretary can I issue the NOC to a self employed professional.
What is the procedure and what are the implications if any? Will her flat be considered a commercial premises?

one of my client who is an insurance agent received a notice for payment of west Bengal profession tax for the period f.y. 2012-13 to 2015-16 for four years with interest and getting enrollment no.Thereafter my client deposited p.tax for F.Y.-2014-15 & F.Y.-15-16 online and got enrollment certificate. After this I prepared reply of the notice and went to profession tax office for submitting the two years said p.tax challan and enrollment certificate.But the P.Tax Officer refused to submit the said reply letter. Thereafter 3 monts later my client received a notice again from west bengal p. tax office. It mentioned that I am doing EX-Partee due to no reply received from us of 1st notice. It Mentioned to deposite all the last four years p tax challan with interest and Penaly Total approxmately Rs.13500/-. Now what should I do for my client? will my client has to deposit all the four years p. tax challan with interest and penaly? Please answer any one of my questen?

Good afternoon sir,
Directly coming to the point,my father is an auto driver,oneday my father went to drop the passengers he was just stopped his auto at road side to collect money,then two persons were on the bike directly hit my auto. they were injured,then my father went to near police station and said some persons hit my auto i had no mistake on my side,my auto was just stopped a side.i really dont know what they are doing they were seized my father auto for 20 days.then we got a bail to release that auto.but that injured persons put a case on my father,they sent notice to pay 5lakhs to them from the court but we are very poor persons and we didnt have a mistake on my side.i dont know really what to do please give some suggestions to avoid to pay 5lakhs.....please ..

My Client is being mailing the company since last 6 months for fixing the problem they are facing and company is replying to each mail but havnt solved the problem due to which my client is suffering revenue loss in business.
so please suggest me what should be the content of the notice.
