regarding study loan

Hi Sir,

i have a study loan at my native place Orissa. We took some amount from KPG bank keeping my house documents in morgauge.

I can not give the whole amount. can i get the one time settlement option in there.

if yes how can i get it done.

Bank is having collateral, it may not accept. However, nothing wrong in trying.

Banks generally accept such proposal to salvage sinking bargain.

In this case their funds are not sinking. They can recover ti from sale of house.

Therefore they are not likely to agree to take less.

You can talk abut this with the Bank authorities and get your loan either restructured or agreement for one time settlement by waiving certain portion of interest, you may or may not get any respite.
