Dear Sir,
any body can you explain the technical npa correction and interest levied by bank for KCC-Crop loans.
Facts of the case above NPA,
1.KCC-loan taken from SBI in the year of 2007 as a initial year given 55000 and next year as a enhancement of loan of 10% above 62000/- made and second year end visited to branch, without asking the loan 20%, enhancement given 74000/ and same third year end made 20% of enhancement of KCC loan 89000/-and fourth year end he made it as 99000/- so..on it was gone upto 2011, for the above period farmer has not paid any single rupee whenever we are going to field officer he is increasing the credit limit adding the concerned interest so for the above four years, single rupee has not paid by borrower to bank and bank to borrower this way limit increased by Filed officer,as per KCC-norms of NPA classification if we have not paid upto 1year(prinicipal or interst) it will be classifed as NPA, so our loan went to NPA in the year of 2013, by this period interest reversed by bank, where already charged NPA period, but one fine morning we visited to bank of inquiry of Outstanding of KCC loan, he told 132000/- you have to pay, then we paid 33000/ cash those amount they have taken as a Technical NPA correction purpose, but again they charged the 28000/ interest for 1year 4months,
1.My Query is whether Technical NPA applicable to KCCcrop loans.
2.What does it mean Technical NPA.
3.Can i file a suit against regarding this NPA interest of 33000/

Hi..i have sent my passport to UAE to my employee for visa cancellation but after sending it i came to know that it is against the law..
My employer is also not sending my passport back..

FACT ARE :-
In matrimonial dispute parties (husband & wife) went for settlement.
They signed the settlement deed. Husband gave his false undertaking in concerned court, (which is sessions court from which they went to mediation) but did not comply to conditions of mediation settlement. Now wife has filed the contemp case in concerned court.
Due to mediation settlement , husband got FIR/cases were quashed / closed by HC. Later wife got all the FIR/cases reopened/revived by HC.
Now she filed the contemp petition in concerned court.

Sir,
I had initially joined as tax assistant in central excise with grade pay 2400/- (b.pay 7510+g.p2400/-) there after i was promoted in grade of sr. Tax assistant in 2013 and my basic was fix as basic pay -9300+ g.p-4200/- . I got an icrement in july 2014 & my basic was fix as 9710+4200=13910/- thereafter i have technically resigned on the provision of lien and joined central excise inspector by direct recruit in november 2014. My basic +g.p was fix as 12540+4600/- respectively for the post of inspector in central excise. I got an increment in july 2015 and my basic is fix as 13060+ 4600(g.p)=17660/-. Thereafter i was promoted in the grade of inspector of central excise in my parent commissionerate with grade pay of 4600/-. I have reverted to my parent commissionerate and joined central excise inspector promotional pos December, 2015. Then
, question no. 1. am i eligible for pay protection of direct recruit inspector in my parent commissionerate?. If so, please attach the rule concern.
Question no. 02. If no, what will be my basic pay + g.p after rever on the provision of lien.

My self Manoj. I have two queries as mentioned below.....
1. My one of friend has married with his mother's real sisters daughter(real mausi daughter) in Arya Samaj Mandir. Now they want to disclose this. Is this marriage valid according to Hindu marriage act or same is invalid. Please suggest.
2. Also one of my friend do same but relation is different. He has married with his Chachas daughter. Not real one. Actually their grandfather are real brothers. Means their grand grand father was one person. So is this marriage valid as same is falls under 3rd generation. Please help to resolve these two queries.

Dear Members,
I have made an application through tender for construction of Godown. As per the requisition of the tender documents I have made the site plain and made an agrement to purchase a land to build the godown. Now the departmentmental building supreintendent says that they require a rectangular area With lentgh 561ft by 158ft but as per tender document it is that a Godown to fight an area of 421ft by 90ft is required which we are fullfilling and as such we filled the tender. Now the supreintendent is thretning that he would cancel our application for the tender as our land offered is not fullfilling the required land area. Can we sue him for rejecting our application which we filled by paying a application money of Rs. 5000.00.
We live in west Bengal. In which Court the case should be filled against the department.
