Respected, all members,

He lost his wife before and He has a widow daughter who is a house wife and she depends only on this pension. Please, tell me, what are the legal procedures to get his pension of the last month, already which has credited to his bank account? And does his daughter able to get the benefits of his pension in future? If, so, then what is the legal procedure?

Is benefieiary is a consumer under c.p.act ?

Sir,
Bank had sent me one consignment by courier which was delivered to me after a delay of 25 days. I filed a Complaint against the courier service provider which was dismissed by Consumer Forum on the ground that I am not a consumer. I filed an appeal before the State Commission and filed a copy of the letter issued by the Bank stating that I am the beneficiary of the consignment. As provided in section 2 (d) of the C.P.Act beneficiary is consumer. State Commission also dismissed my appeal.

Can I proof that I am a Consumer as per the letter issued by the Bank?. Shall I proceed for National Commission? Please comments.

Regards

Information as per gr 24(a)(d) of india motor tariff

Hello,
GR 24(A)(d) of the India Motor Tariff prescribes that an Insurer in the event of cancellation of a motor insurance policy shall inform the Regional Transport Authority concerned by recorded delivery. But, they are not informing the RTOs in reality. They did not respond even to letters from the RTOs/Commissioner for Transport calling for the said information. Kindly guide me on the provisions/laws as per which an RTO/Commissioner for Transport can call for the said information and what actions can they initiate against the insurers for the said intentional failure/violation .
Regards,
Vishwanath
