Legal opinion issue

Hello, this is Akshay. I have recently applied for a education loan of 13 lakhs( to pursue my further studies in New Zealand) in central bank of India and I was asked to provide security so I provided deed document of a property ( of my father) worth around 30 lakhs and the manager was ok with it as I have also shown him few other investments and fixed deposits worth 15 lakhs. I have provided each and every document they have asked for and later asked me to meet their panel advocate to get legal opinion from him. He called me up one day and said there are few arrears in the property deed document and he needs few other supporting documents...and the next day I have provided him those he asked for but he called up every day asking for a new random document ( he did not give a proper check-list). I went with my dad next day with property tax bills and other papers...he verified them and said tax bills are not mutated...we told him that we have already applied for mutation of property tax and showed him Acknowledgement and D.D of GHMC...yet he said CCPC will not accept. I went to Bank manager next day and briefed him up everything...he said he'll talk to the advocate and provide surety. I don't know what manager told advocate,he called me up next day and was shouting at me for consulting manager without his consent and threatned me of not giving his legal opinion...I pleaded him and begged him, then he asked me not to repeat it again...and told he has already applied for EC and CC and asked me wait for few day...and he kept me waiting for 20 days and my VISA day is getting closer( I have already rescheduled my appointment)...I am really worried...I don't know if he's expecting any bribe from me to get the work done. Even GHMC people have demanded 30K to get the mutation work done and yet they have not assured of giving it any early. I am completely struck....please help. Is acknowledgement not enough to show it to CCPC?

Internal repair cost in co operative housing society

Dear Experts,

I live in a co op hsg society in Mumbai on 4th floor apartment and recently there was some leakage reported by the flat owner on 3rd floor below my flat saying leakage is from our bathroom and they have lodged a complaint to the society secretary and informed that if the repair work is not carried out immediately he will lodge complaint in BMC. Although carried out thorough repairs 10 years back. I have agreed to carry out the repair once it is confirmed by the Structural Engineer that the leakage is from out flat as we do not want anybody to suffer due to leakage from our flat and as per practice followed in our society the cost to be shared 50:50 but he complainant is not willing to bear the cost and his demand is to repair his wall and do painting. As per co op housing society bye-law society will undertake only external repair and all internal repairs to be carried out by members. Can anybody guide us what is the rule ?whether the cost has to be shared by both or only I have to bear the entire cost? It will cost approx Rs. 50000/-

Buying agriculture land in dharwad/karnataks

Dear sir/Madam,

Please note my grand father was JaminDhars (Agriculturist) but left Palghat(Kerala)to Madras for the sake of better life style and children education and some portion of land was given to my father after partition. Since my father was educated he migrated to Bangalore and was working in public limited company and land was taken care by laborer. But government acquired all the land during the Land reform Act one who ploughs are the owner of land(in kannada ulluvanighai bhoomi) Agriculturist cycle got cut off from there. Now I am interested in buying Agri land to cultivate trees and plants and have small house to live. We have bought 2 acres of land in Coimbatore which has coconut trees..Can I buy farm land in Dharwad since Agriculturist cycle got dismissed from Land Reform Act. Kindly get back.
