Transfer of membership in co-op., hsg. society

Sir,

Kindly advice on the matter of transfer of membership in following situation

Papers of transfer of membership are submitted by daughter in law of the deceased member.

Two wills are submitted, one executed by Member in favour of son and other by son in favour of his wife.

Son expired before the demise of member.
Can in such case, will executed by member in favour of son is still valid, particularly when son expired before member?

Is there any way to ascertain the genuineness of wills executed?

All the wills are on plain paper.

The doubt has arised because of the fact that member had approached the society for making nomination in favour of three family members, on demise of son. Before submission of nomination, member also expired.

Thanks

Again encroachment after eviction by municipality

Sir,

I have filed a PIL and obtained a high court order to remove encroachments in a street. Based on the court order the encroachments was evicted by town municipality on 25/11/2015.After 2 days the street encroachers got an interim order for 3 weeks against town municipality by hiding the real eviction done on 25/11/2015.Their interim order date was 26/11/2015. Now the interim order time was got over and no any stay is there. Now the town municipality is refusing to do eviction again and refusing to remove the encroachment.

Is there any way to get further order or direction from high court to redo eviction???
Please suggest me suitable steps sir to remove the encroachment.

Please guide us: startup seeking legal advise

Hello Mam / Sir,

My name is Ayush Agrawal.

I am going into packaging and marketing industry.
Ours will be a sole-proprietorship firm based in Madhya Pradesh with its office in Jabalpur.
We will outsource our products from Kerela.
Packaging will be done locally and marketing will be done through our various contacts.

We will be dealing in packaged Cereals, Dals, Flours, Spices, Spice Powders, Culinary Pastes, Masala Mixes, Oils, Health Foods, Snacks, Breakfast Cereals, Juices, Cookies & Millets among other items.

I am very weak when it comes to legal matters and do not know much about the various laws which would govern us.

What all would we be have to be careful about?

What all licenses and certificates would we be required to have?

Our business would come under purview of which departments of governments as we are currently only outsourcing our products and not growing them.

I have heard food department inspectors and excise department inspectors trouble a lot for funds and extort funds by mixing wrongful stuff in good packets.

Since we are dealing with foods, what all do we have to be careful about?

We are a very small startup and cannot afford bribes or even lawyers for that matter.

Any advice would be helpful.

Please not we have very less capital and cannot afford many things like lawyers and CAs right now.

We are 2 partners and not drawing salary and opened a sole proprietorship instead as income tax after 3 years would become 20 percent if we had opened a partnership.
One of us has given loan to firm and other has invested capital.
