Blank cheque

I have given blank cheque to my friend in which I have not filled money date and name.I have taken from him only 10000rs and after 1year he bounce my cheque and file case in court after filling 2lakhs in it.how can I got justice.

If the cheque was signed by you, it means you agreed to the amount and other particulars entered in the cheque.
