Hello all,
I needed your advice on what would be the best format to record cases in my office. i work for an ngo we don't have too many cases so i wanted to keep a record of all submissions letters court documents in an organised way. could somebody suggest a good format to keep a record of all this on my computer. please help. thank you.

What's that CA, Legal and Law professionals feel most time consuming and tiring, wish to have a SaaS for the same? my question is that.... i had a exam on 11/06/2016 of CONCOR. but my exam has been left .. reason by railway department. i booked a reservation barilly to lucknow on 11/6/2016 train time to depart on station 2.40 am but the has depart after 4.30 am and the reached time at lucknow of train 7.30 am but train reached on 11.15 am .
due to this my exam has been left.
can anyone tell me .. can i claim my expences and compention from railway department. if yes.... do tell me how?
i have all the proof and all the time record. how and why train arrived late at the station.

My name in all documents i.e.from birth certificate to educational&legal documents,is 'ASHISH D PHILIP'. When I applied for Passport I was told that initials not allowed (in my name there is an initial 'D') and rejected the application.
Kindly advise how can I get passport.

can I cancell the demand draft which was issued by SBI nearly 8 years ago. I have the original demand draft. can I cancell it & get my money back???

my cash credit account is due for renewal but bankers not renewed in time and branded my account as npa and processing charges is debited.
my question is .
1.they debited with processing charges to my account and same day reversing the interest as npa

When i was in 11th class my age that time was 16 yrs and 8 months i indulged in fight at tution and other guy went to police station with his father and sho called me and my father after inquiring . He let me go with in 30 mins but the constable put my name in register and now its been 10 yrs and no summon or trail or anyone one from police called me . So i want to know if an fir had been lodged against me as i have to undergo character verification for job

Can I continue my LIC agency after joining a govt. Job or if not then can I continue for that year only when govt. Job was started I.e. 6-7month. If it does not permit too so what is the punishment for continuation of LIC agency?. Please confirm me..
