Then after 6to 7 month latter the mahilabalwikas klyan vibhag give joining who take aapti .thise time they not send list in grampanchayt.

Hello,
My Bar Council of Delhi id card mentions that it expires on 31 August 2017. I am not working at present.
I would like to know the procedure to renew it and also how far in advance do we have to apply for the renewal? Can I submit the application form in August itself or do I have to submit it way before?

The TV purchased by me valued about 50,000/- stopped working after 14 months of purchase i.e. just 2 months after the warranty period of 1 year was over. They are asking for Rs.40,000/- towards repair charges which I feel is too much on the higher side. They are not acceding to my request to bring down the cost which is affordable tome. No replies from them for many many requests. Is it advisable to file a complaint in Consumer Forum?
Please advise.

Hello Experts,
I am from tamilnadu..
Near my house within 5 metres a poultry farm was laid by my neighborhood..
It is creating noise, air pollutions and health impacts..
We have petitioned about this to pollution control board , primary health etc.. Each time inspection will happen and government officials will instruct him to do proper measures.. But no action from his side..
Now can you help me by clarifying how can i file a petition in court, or what are the ways to make the poultry farm close..

I want to file a case against a Housing Company whcich is a subsidiary of a large Indian Company. The Housing Construction Co. is a Limited Company owned by a trust of a very large Conglomerate of the Companies in the sector of IT, Chemicals, Automobile manufacturing etc. The Trust has majority share holding in all the Companies and has 99.96 % holding in the Housing Company. I am filing case in Consumer Court against the Company, Its CEO and Chairman of the Trust hoding 99.96% equity hoding in Housing Co. Can I include Chairman of the Trust as one of the defendant parties. I have already issued necessary notice to the Chairman of Trust along with CEO of the Housing Company. Please advise whether the parent Company is also liable for the damages.

I want cancel purchased membership holiday club agreement.
Yesterday we (me and my wife)visited to holiday club as per they that we won one gift hamper what coupon we field. When we are in there office they told we have to attend 60 min seminar. In that they impressed us for there club offer of rs. 87000s package even they didn't give a time to think about it and suddenly swiped our credits and debit card both we didn't understand what is happening. And after swipe of rs. 46000 they signed agreement from us. What terms and conditions they orally told us. Not gave any single movement to read these. When we are at home we carefully read all terms and conditions in that agreement. Theres only one sided clauses mention in the agreement . They only mentioned that the amount shouldn't be refundable. There no policy mentioned of cancellation or customers fever.
