Madam/Sir,
My building has 22 flats. 13 owned by two investors, 2 by one family and other 7 are individual buyers.
As builder did not provide statutory items like Solar Water heater or Fire protection system, non formation of Society, etc we went to DCF.
The builder has pleaded that those who purchased flat from investors are not their consumers as they have not purchased directly from builder. Investors flats were lying vacant and buyers are first occupant as can be verified from electricity meter reading etc and also from the non occupancy charges being paid by the investor.
Are such buyers a consumer of builder or not. Kindly enlighten me.

Dear friends,
My friend is working in min.of DEF since 1988. due to some court orders they got salary hike. recently other department filed slp got the order to re fix D E O pay scales and recover excess paid. His department or He are not yet all parties in that case. but the department showing that order giving letters for re fix and recovery too. Is it correct? can they go to CAT? will the get any relief from the CAT? please guide

Hi, I would like to appoint trustee in India who look after all my finances and provide certain amount to my parents. I live in Australia and my parents are old, they are not capable of handling finance. Complainant approached forum for damages against owner of land and developer cum builder. Owner given SPA in favour of builder. He is staying at America. Forum order to respondents as per complainant prayer. Now non compliance of forum order, forum issued NBW against respondent no.1 & 2. Now for respondent no.1 who is at America, what is remedy for him?

My self sujit & i m frm nasik, my issue is one of my relative (shirsat) open share trading a/c, the share broker is my friend, so i suggest my relative to open ur a/c there, but my relative do share trading there & make loss in year 2011-12.In 2014 wo mujhe mile aur bole k tumhare wajah se mene share a/c open kiya, mera jo loss hua he wo mujhe de do nahi to me tumhari relatives me badnami karunga, so mene under pressure me cheque de diya, aur mere relative(shirsat) ne case ki, baad me mujhe malum hua k mere relative ne khud share trading kar k loss kiya aur 50% paise bhi withdral kiye, is me meri koi galati nahi he, mene under pressure me cheque de diya, so wht can i do pls help me. Pls tell any SEBI or Share Market Act to discharged me in this case, pls help me Sir. my no. 9850700247

Sir/madam,
A Government employee got a punishment - stoppage of two increment with cumulative effect. After stop the first increment he died, so we cannot stop the second increment. In this stage, we calculate the balance punishment and recovery from their family before giving the family pension or not. If it is not recovered please give me the government order / any judgement order

Sir, i had take ruralhome loan in icici Bank in 14-2-2008 and the property Has beenmortgaged.last instalment made by me was on 6-1-2 009.Is this Loan out of limitation.should l pay the loan Or Not. Do the Bank has right to Recover.date of loan sanction and Date of last instalment Has been mentioned in Cibil Report.

Land aquisition for sipcot
Dear sir,
our land 1.07 acres was acquired by department of industries along with near about 710 acres lands for develop industrial plots in Tamil Nadu in the year 1965.
And the same lands were transferred to SIPCOT (State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited - A Govt. of Tamil Nadu Undertaking)
Then SIPCOT developed the lands as industrial plots and allotted to the various goods manufacturing industries.
But the land 1.07 acres, which was acquired from us was not used to promote industries and the same land is kept useless by the said SIPCOT for the past 50 years. And the Title of said land is recorded in the name of SIPCOT in Revenue department accounts.
My query is,
Whether I can resume the said lands and what is the procedure to resume our lands
