Hello,
I have a query.
1. Earning Wife is dependent on husband or not?
2. When wife is working on contract basis for a certain period then she is dependent on her husband or not (in terms of medical claim by husband)?
3. Suppose when there is no clause of medical reimbursement/ medical allowance in wife contract and she got admitted in hospital can husband claim medical expenses from his employer. And where husband employer rejected his medical bill on the basis that wife is working on contract basis and she is earning then she is not dependent on husband.
4. Need any court case decision/ reference in this regard.

Dear Sir,
If the property is situated in the flood zone , and the same is acquired by the govt for public project, in that case can the valuation of the property be deducted by 50% .as it is in the flood zone if so then is there any Govt.directions or case laws for the same..
2. once the award is declared by the Collector in the land acquisition case , will it be revised in any situation..

Hi,
My self Jitendra Rawat and self-work as Manager with a reputed organization, as compliance requirement all vendors attendance and compliance paper need to verifying by me before submitting to the billing department for payment process.
Our one of vendor submitted some compliance documents to me for verification purpose but due to some discrepancies same returned to them for clarification.but vendor scan my sign from another document and paste on documents and send to the billing department for payment process. during verification of account department self-found that vendor submitted papers to account department without my signature and I am seen my forged signature on same.
I need strict action against him because, by this signature, he was applied for claim bill of huge amount.
I have all relevant documents and mail .
Please suggest me what I do.

i have filled FIR against theft incident, police file e-FIR and close the same without intimation and investigation. Kindly confirm what to do.

Hi, I want to know the legal atenatives to sun film. My car is equipped with sun film and these traffic police catching and bribing money from me mind help me with some legal alternatives it'll help me to handle these traffic police watch dogs. And also what action to be taken on them if they use bad languages. These police are behaving illiterate kindly help me.

Writ petition no. 2851 of 2015was filed in Bombay High court against Mr Kishor Chheda & Happy Valley Real EstatePpvt Ltd for bogus tenancies and benami properties created at the time of redevelopement of our building.
For want of FIR from Mumbai police Hc dispose of the writ as follows
“The High Court after hearing passed the following order dated 11/08/2015
“The petitioner in person seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a Report under Section 154 of the Cr P.C. to the concerned Police Station.Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted”
Based on above order i have lodged complaint in Matunga police station& ACB under S-154 Cr P Cto file FIR against Director Mr Kishor Chheda & Happy Valley Real Estate pvt Ltd,MCGM,MHADA .
Matunga police & ACB is not taking any action so far inspite of my reminders
What is the remedy left?
Can i approach BHC for its direction to Matunga Police &ACB
Can i approach& complaint to the same Court who has passed the order.
Based on the wording of the order can i file contempt of the court petition in BHC

Backing out mc divorce
HELLO, I AM A WOMAN WHO HAS FILED FOR MC DIVORCE, TAKEN 1 INSTALLMENT AT TIME OF RECORDING OF 1 MOTION, NOW WANTS TO WITHDRAW AT TIME OF 2 MOTION AS I DONT WANT DIVORCE, IT IS FOR SURE MY HUSBAND IS ADAMANT ON DIVORCE. WHAT CONSEQUENCES IF ANY I CAN FACE IF I WITHDRAW AT TIME OF 2 MOTION BEFORE HONBLE COURT.
DO I HAVE TO RETURN INSTALLMENT ,WHAT IMPLICATIONS I HAVE TO FACE. I AND MY HUSBAND ENTERED INTO SETTLMENT DEED BEFORE HONBLE COURT AND IT WAS DECIDED THAT 3 EQUAL INSTALMENT TO BE PAID TO ME AT TIME OF 1 MOTION, 2 MOTION AND QUASHING OF FIR 498A AND 406 OF MY HUSBAND. NOW AT TIME OF 2 MOTION I WANT TO BACK OUT.
