My sister has applied in the year 1998 for purchase of a plot of land to her office(Central Government). Then she was in Gr. C cadre. Source of majority portion of money was interest free loan from her father. Office gave her approval to purchase the land by issuing an order. But before purchasing the same, her father unfortunately died. As a result the plan for purchase the land had been dropped due shock of death as well as want of fund. She did not intimate the same to her office then.
Recently her office has issued an office memorandum as she has submitted 'NIL' IPR report being a Gr B officer now to clarify the issue.
Kindly advice me what to do now. Is there any probability to take disciplinary action for intimating earlier? Please help my sister with your valuable advice.

My father worked in govt degree college andhra pradesh and died . I am his daughter married and divorced and my elder brother working in public sector bank got married and living seperately leaving me and my mother. . Am i elgible for the job

my sister ran away from home. How can I deal with this?
My sister ran away from home ,she went there and started telling everyone again that my parents beat her up and locked her up in her room for three days, not giving her food or anything.
did register marriage, now have a child its almost about 1 year.they gave complain that we are threat to her life in FIR, SHE CLEARLY MENTION SHE DON’T NEED ANY THING , HAPPY WITH HER HUSBAND.
If she truly cared about us, she wouldn’t have left in the first place.
From that very moment onward, whatever love I had for my sister died, because I couldn’t bear to see my parents suffer over this.Again, it was my sister ‘s husband who took the initiative to call my parents .
My Concern is we don’t want to meet them or any talking , but they always try to contact us .is there any way to get ride off. We can file a case that as they mentioned in FIR, we are threat to them, again why they are calling us, always gives us updates regarding their daily life. (we change all our contact numbers)Whenever they give update by any source , our total family get disturbers , mental harassment.
Please Advice..any solutions…suggestions.

If an employee of income tax transferred from one office to another office on same post. And she has sanctioned ccl of previous office. What should she do? Should she releived before going on leave or after coming back from ccl. If she proceeds on leave and after that stand releived order issued, should she joined during leave or after returning from leave?

2017 I wrote TRB exam for teacher and failed in one mark cut off and then I found key given by TRB board is wrong and I filled case on school director. Mr. Raja sir heared all the details and gave 2 marks and said he will give judgement within a week and postponed the case on 8/12/2017 but till today case status shows pending and judgement is not issued. More than 6 month over and still waiting for judgement. If I ask my lawyer he says always within a week it will be over. What shall I do on my side to bring the case for hearing?

I stay in my own house, after 15 years my employer has stopped my HRA without any information. now they say I have to apply for a no accommodation certificate (NAC)& for NAC first I will have to apply for a accommodation ,as there is surplus accommodation there is no chance of getting a NAC. So rule para.7 of swamy book FRSR Part IV is not applicable to me.
Can anyone help me.

There are people who are illegally encroaching land on the banks of canal besides a state highway. This is causing trouble to residents of the colonies existing to the other side of the highway. How can we make sure that such encroachment is stopped. Will the district magistrate take this into consideration if we write to him.

Respected sir/ madam,
i am vishnu from madurai completed my degree , met with an accident at 2012, and lost right eye vision, so applied petition against the insurance company, till date i didn't atten single hearing, my lawyer also not communicating with such any of the details, so i checked e-court services it shows dismissed for default 4 times .claimed amount also 12 lakh rupees, so we really dissappointed with the lawyer, we asked him the case details back to us, but he refused even. please kindly help us. i cant go for any job really I'm stumbling. please mail me at vishnubmar@gmail.com.
