dear Sir.
my brother and parents becomes victims for dv case on 29-03_2015. till date she is unable to submit any evidence against them. and also she never able to submit the cdpo reports to the court. but she n my brother is intercaste marriage since 18 years. she made allegations that my brother had extramarital affair n he never shows affection on her. so our lawyer forcing to get compromise each other. we are denied to that proposal. so our lawyer still postponing the case giving simple n unusual reason. this seems he may not interested to continue the case. we are getting confuse n what can we do such things. my parents are suffering from chronic disease.
my question are
if she unable to submit the evidence, is it possible to dismiss the case in high court.
if yes what are procedure to led case in the high court.
please give me advice as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
We have an existing society consisting of 2 Wings (A&B respectively) with 143 members. Now a third Wing (C wing) has been constructed and the developer has sent a letter to our society asking to merge the 82 members of C wing in our society. For the record there are some common amenities shared by the 3 Wings (Gymnasium, Garden, Terrace Garden). My query is.....can C wing be formed as a separate society as many of our members are against merging of C wing members with our society due to the fact that they have 3 lifts in their Wing compared to 2 lifts in A&B Wing? Is there are a rule to merge the C wing members to our society as many of the amenities are shared? Can we form a federation or Apex body to manage the common areas if required?

As per agreement buider give corpus fund to our housing socity,can society deposit this amount to individual members?

My relative got a notice from court under property law and they had a meeting with registrar and he said you need to appoint a lawyer but due to financial constraints we can�t afford a lawyer.
So can we appeal to the judge to provide us with a lawyer ?
Or is it compulsory to appoint a lawyer by ourselves which needs to be present in the first proceeding?

A person was admitted in inter (session 1981-1983) and after setup examination he was admitted in basic training course (session 1982-1984).He has passed both examination. Does both the degree and certificate is legitimate.

Dear Sirs/Madame, Due to various issues, I filed a Consumer case in 2016. Sent one Legal Notice requesting documents related to Land, in 2017. Even the MD of the builder met my advocate twice in his law chamber in 2018. I turned down a request on 27.4.2018for a meeting with him slated on 7.5.2018. I have been sending RTI queries, Grievances with CMCELL and PMO. They filed a complaint stating that we are filing all complaints to make money on 1.5.2018 @ Police Station. CSR was closed. They sent me a Defamation notice for 5 Cr dt 18.5.25018 and I replied on 01.6.2018. The PS called for an enquiry against a CMP Petition with magistrate court on the same complaint, under Sec Cr Pc 161 & 91) as if they have to submit my statement by 61.11.2018.I recorded my one page statement with PS on 08.11.2018.Police did not give me a copy of complaint. As on today, 20.11.2018, I have not received any notice from court nor found in a cause list till 30.11.2018. My advocate tries to get the case document from court but it is not found /received. The case number itself not traceable in court. Your advise on this please. Thanking you

Dear Members:
I'm presently litigating a civil matter which has necessitated me to file an RTI petition seeking service (suspension) details of an engineer in the State Irrigation Deptt.
The fact is that the department concerned has not given any reply and now the RTI matter is pending before the State Information Commission and presently the Commission is engaged in taking up matters for the year 2016. I was told that there is no hope of my Second Appeal being taken/put up before the year 2020.
Now since my matter in the civil court is currently in the evidence stage, will it be safe/okay if my witnesses testify that the said engineer faced suspension from service? Because we have heard that the said engineer faced suspension from service but there is no official document confirming the same.
Please enlighten me whether this can give rise to a fresh round of litigation (defamation) by the affected engineer if the information which I propose to depose against him before the civil court is found to be baseless and false later on.
