So before a seven month i and nayana both wear leave each other and have all sexual relation. My Negiourg Know that topic. i am very famous person on this area so they disclosed all think with more mirch masala. And many time they fight with my parents for that topic. So i want to stop that speech so give me legal way for that. And Also tell me that how to stop negiouber to interfear on my life.
my father do not want to any legal action for them but i want so i ask you.

Suppose a person is going to registered a Education society in Nabha District Patiala Punjab .Which Society will be registering the same.Whether registration of an Education society is similar to registration of Association.Also intimate me registration fee and whom it is payable
Which Act will be take into account/cosideration. whether its the society registration Act 1860?

Goods from my consignment were stole from my DTDC courier and when I contacted the DTDC courier services through email they just forwarded the email to other officer.
Kindly advice me the best remedy which I can take.
I can sue them under which law and for what i.e compensation, recovery or what.
This has resulted in tremendous loss to me because those pieces were meant for a exporter who was in Idnia at that time but now I missed a potential buyer.
Plz advice at the earnest.
Legal notice needed to be served if yes seeking what.?????????????/

Is their A time Frame which is fixed in Family Court Act which says that after certain number of Absents or certain no of Days after the First absent in the middle of the hearing the Suit can be Dismissed?

Can you please explain section 72 motor vehicle act

I want to know whether the rule allow advertisement on bus tickets or prohibit it????

I have applied for passport with all required documents since 2007, but passport is not issued by regional office Lucknow. Can I filled a case in Distt Consumer Forum.
