Respected experts,
Suppose a person is going to registered a Education society in Nabha District Patiala Punjab .Which Society will be registering the same.Whether registration of an Education society is similar to registration of Association.Also intimate me registration fee and whom it is payable
Which Act will be take into account/cosideration. whether its the society registration Act 1860?

It shall be registered under society registration Act 1860 and fee should be inquired locally. It shall be deposited in the treasury of State.
