Hello sir my father was ex sub post master died on 14)6/2017. The department is not giving me the compasianate apopointment so I registered a case in CAT. Is there there any possibility of the appointment on my case. I got only 37 points on theirs criteria.

My case is pending in State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum. I’m complainant (consumer) & I proceed the case as a party in person.
Stage of my case is ‘Final Argument’ for more than last 3 years. Always the daily board is discharged for one reason or other and only first 7/8 numbers get opportunity of being heard. I have also reached the Forum to come to know about the discharge of the Board for last 3 years.
One day my Serial No was 21. But strangely first 20 numbers were proceeded within 2 hours and my turn came up. Because of my Serial No 21 and past experience of Board discharge on regular basis, I had not carried the whole brief except 2 Applications, hearing of which was pending. But the Presiding member asked me to argue the whole matter. I told him about my past experience of regular Board discharge and my serial No was 21 and therefore I had not carried the whole brief. But he was not ready to listen and ordered me to file an application that “ I am unable to argue today”, otherwise he would not give next date. I was ready to argue on 2 pending applications, but Presiding member forced me to submit application as per his instructions.
Now my question is, if the Consumer Court does not listen the matter continuously for 20 times, despite being in cause list, then it’s acceptable. But if Consumer does not bring in whole brief because of past experience, it’s not acceptable. Why such discrimination? Whether the Judiciary is bound by any rules?

My name is Durgesh Bhaskarrao Shete,from Maharashtra. I am working in department of posts as Postal Assistant ( Khed MDG Sub Office) in Ratnagiri division, Goa region,Maharashtra Circle.
In December 2018, I have passed departmental promotion lgo exam and promoted from the post of Multi Tasking Staff Shrirampur division,Pune region to the post of Postal Assistant Ratnagiri division,Goa region Maharashtra.
My father was passed away earlier in 2003. Because of that my old mother has mentally depression and hypertension, stress problem. When I was in Ratnagiri, she attempted a sucide at my native place.Because of her continuous medical treatment problem I was very help less and I had gave a request application for reversion for previous post as MTS in Shrirampur division to Hon CPMG Sir Maharashtra Circle at 15 May 2019. Circle office has accepted my request for reversion at 23 August 2019.
But in between period continuous medical treatment and observation of four months by psychiatrist is given to my mother.Her physical and mental condition is so improved now. The medical treatment problem of my mother has been solved clearly and she is ready to come with me and resident with me at Ratnagiri division. It is my very humble and kind request that I don't want to revert back. I have gave application for willing to work at my present post as PA in Ratnagiri division to Hon CPMG Sir, Maharashtra at 11th September 2019 before division's releve order. I didn't relinquished my present post yet. But they are not allowing me to join at my present post yet. My application has been recommended by Hon Divisional head of Ratnagiri division and Hon Post Master General of Goa region

Partnership firm is carrying out the business at premised allotted to 3rd party by local authority. Whereas rentals are being paid in cash by one of the partner in the name of original authority. Whereas, one of the partner claims that as he is paying the rental, therefore, he will retain the property as user in case of division of partnership firm. Need your comments " how to claim the said property for equal distribution as firm is carrying the business at the said place for more the 10 years and original allottee has expired".

Hi,
I'm currently living with my brother and sister in law in their house in Mumbai and the flat is jointly owned by them. I entered into a registered rent agreement with them (for 11 months from November 2018 until September 2019) which is renewed last month. Just wanted to know if I can use the rent agreement as an address proof given that we all are living in the same house and I'm paying rent to them? Would this create any problem at passport office or in police verification since the owner and Tenant are living in the same house?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently living on rent in Mumbai and I've a registered rent agreement (of 12 months) for using the residential property. Just wanted to know if this is legal document since the rent agreement is between landlady and me?
Please note that the owners are husband and wife and the flat is registered in both of their name. The wife is first co-owner of the house.
Can you also please advice if I can use the rent agreement for making passport?

Dear Sirs,
One person has introduced his platform for passive income earnings on Facebook, he is forex and amazon dropshiping trader. He assured guaranteed returns on our investments. Profit on investment is from 20% to 50% depending on invested days, initially we have checked with small investments of rupees 25000, so he returned as per the commitment, Capital+profit. Then On October, 2018 we group of 5 people have invested huge amount with this person and he assured a guaranteed reruns of 20 to 50%. For all our investment he has sent a confirmation email with deal expiry and payment dates.
We paid amount through bank transfer to his bank account.
In this period of our investment he use to share all the profit trade details on his Facebook page, we all are believed that he would return our money with profit.
After the expiry of our investment date, we started to ask for our payment, but he always give excuses's saying he got good profit but it is in US dollars, not be able to exchange because of General elections, after elections he told he will return within month as USD exchange is in process.
He didn't returned and keep on postponing the payment date.
Now he started new idea, saying trade gone loss, so he can only pay the Capital, we agreed for that also but now he is playing with us and he say, when he want to pay.
We invested by taking loan and now worried about, as bank loan always a burden. we need to pay emi regularly.
When we ask for our money he is ignoring and sometimes says do whatever you can, if you want money wait for some more months, he telling in a wrong way. We are in feeling of fear and anxiety now, please suggest us how can we recover our money. We have all the screen shots of his facebook posting which says he got huge profits from trades.
Kindly Help us sir, based on your suggestion we shall take further steps...

Technical resignation from psu to join central govt
I am working as Chief Manager in Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), (CPSE under Ministry of Shipping). I have cleared UPSC interview for joining as Deputy Director in Directorate General of Shipping which also under Ministry of Shipping.
The provisional appointment letter was received from the Directorate General of Shipping on 09.09.2019 and accordingly I submitted by technical resignation on 30.09.2019. The application to the said post and resignation has been made through proper channel. The technical resignation has been accepted by SCI.
My queries are as follows
1. Do I need to serve the three month notice period in case I am shifting my services from PSU to Central Govt (Group "A" service) under the same Ministry.
2. Will be service period be carried forward and Will I be aligible for pay protection
