I have been cheated by an Opthalmologist in Pune as he did not tell me the consequences of the LASIK Surgery and I am suffering through its consequences severely.Please suggest me best lawyer from Pune as I want to sue that Doctor.Kindly Help.

My dad had a few physical shares on his name. The specimen signature registered with the company records was a different one and due to health conditions he had a stroke 2 years back due to which he cannot sign at present. Now we are intending to get the shares dematerialized and for that request needs to be submitted to the company. Can you just advise the procedure for processing the same request.

whether gram panchayat can give a land to any public trust. or can give a land on lease to public trust .
2) when gam panchat,gram sabha gave resolutaio and also after paper publication no objection arises then can property belong to goverment can be handed over to public trust.
pls answer briefely and if there is any case laws pls provide it.
