sir, i am a central govt employee working as PA in department of Posts, India. I am in very confusion on my future. Please show me the way for bright future. My mother is from S.T caste, My Father from O.C caste. We are three children. I got this job under ST category, We have been living in My mother's native place from 1996. while in my job training, i fell in love with a Muslim girl, She is physically handicapped, she could not walk without any support. I want to marry her and want to apply transfer to her area through rule 38[inter circle transfer]. could you please tell me if any problem to my job if i do so as said above. if any problem is there please suggest a solution thanking you, sir

I am Practiceing as a Lawyer with Sanad from Gujarat State Bar Council. I also teach in Two Law colleges as a Visiting Faculty. I m offered job by the Law college. If I accept this as a Part time, do i need to seek permission from State Bar Council ?

PERHAPS YOU COULD NOT UNDERSTAND MY QUERIES.AT FIRST I ASKED ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES WHO RESIGNED.BUT AFTERWARDS I MODIFIED AND ADD ABOUT THE RETIRED EMPLOYEES,BECAUSE ONE ESI ENFORCEMRNT OFFICER TOLD OUR EMPLOYEES THAT ESI BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER RETIREMENT BY PAYING AN ANNUAL FEES.SO I WANTED TO CONFIRM IT FROM CLUB.
SO QUESTION OF REPEATATION DOES NOT ARISE.

Dear All,
Increasingly, I find that we are answering trivial questions, that too in expert area!
In addition, we also try to answer to many of the queries based on our own assumptions and presumptions when the query lacks in material particulars; and then we find ourselves out witted by the querist by springing new facts.
If we have to avoid such situations and also simultaneously
(i) improve the quality of this site; and
(ii) discourage people from putting questions without revealing complete facts
then
(a) consistently and invariably first we should try to elicit as much as information as required before attempting to give any answer.
(b) Further more, we should consistently stop answering the queries from "Anonymous".
(c) We should avoid answering patently academic queries and
(d) queries from Commercial queries - like queries from commercial companies; Firms, or business propositions etc.
(e) Whenever anyone opens a fresh thread on the same topic/subject/query, we should direct the querist to get back to his original thread.
In addition, I have decided that:
I will touch upon a query only where I can make value addition to the query already answered by any of the Expert; or where I have a difference of opinion.
I shall be glad to receive the feedback from other Experts.

Sir,
My land has been acquired by National Highway Authority for the expansion of NH 8a, 3d notification has been issued in local newspapers.
Can I get any idea about rewards they give or what are the best rewards given in similar projcets.
What we have heard is that they are going to consider only Jantry, but the actual prices of land are nearly 15 times higher than the jantry rate
