Dear sir
My co.a limited one with Rs.1000cr turnover has despatched some materials from Mumbai to Mangalore(karnataka)through transporter since my co. is executing some projects at Mangalore.
In Mangalore check post the checkpost authorities charged some fees which my co. has to pay at the check post in order to get the truck released
Please let me know the following :-
i)Under what circumstances the check post authoritries levy the penalty.
ii)Is karnataka sales tax registration is required for my Co.in order to exempt from such penalties
iii)Are they supposed to issue any official receipt for the fees they charge.If not then what is the remedy

Deceased was employed in semi-govt. orgn., no issues in wedlock of above 30 years, hence insterad of 25% husband is entitled to 50% of all assets of deceased - no dispute.
What will form part of the estate : Pension, Gratuity, , super annuation and all.
Whatever received as nominee , husband is pure caretaker , ples cite judgement of personal law prevailing over general law

i am govt employee, govt alloted to me residental quarter, but
usme kuch repair ka work karna hai aur iske liye cpwd ke JE ne 2mths ka time de rakha hai , lekin 2 mths complete ho gaye hai par usne abhi tak kuch bhi kaam start hi nhi hua hai,aur woh time extend kar raha hai,iske liye main kya action lu ki repair work jaldi se start ho sakhe.
please help me.

motor vehicle act in maharashtra
during vehicle checking of my two wheeler by rto inpector i was not having original insurance paper but as per provision of motor vehicle act i promised the rto inspector to produce original insurance paper within 15days inpite of it the rto inpector issued challan to me know which i refused to sign he kept my rc book i want to know that even after production of original insurance paper within 15days is it necessary for me to pay the challan amount kindly give the law point what i should do will motor vehicle court will help me in this regard
