We have created a Employee welfare fund trust, which we have an equal contribution from employees and employer. Do we need to register this trust? As this trust does not have any charitable purpose the same is not registered with charity commissioner and income tax department. kindly guide how do we inform Income tax Department on this transaction as the trust will have benfits and earn profits.

My Jeep turned turtile by hitting another vehicle.My jeep badly damaged in this accident.No person sustained any injury in this case.After causing accident another vehicle ran away from the spot but i noted its Regd No. My jeep is insured only for third party. what i have to do .I want to file a petition under MACT how i can do so.Kindly help.Regards

Dear Sir,
I was one of the applicant for Ph.D. course of a centrally funded institution.
The selection list shows many biases, such as wide disparity between written test marks/interview marks, change of selection crtieria midway during selection process from the one found in the advertisement etc.
What are the remedies availabe for me as per law?
Can any compensation claim be filed?
I am based at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.

Please help me in this case
After we cant stop to give our privates land to one of the best Army trainning centre in the world, Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warefare School (CIJWS) Locate at, Vairengte Mizoram. In 2004, MoU had signed by Secretary, Land Revenue & Settlement Govt of Mizoram, Brig Ponwar, Commandant CIJWS and 2 VCPs on behalf of Land Owners. In the MoU, Revenue LSC, Periodic Patta and VC Pass holder can claim compensation for their own land. At 2005 Mizoram Govt Gazette Notification after that Acquisation started and in August 2008, Draft Award had approved by Distric Colector. Under LA Act 1894, anyone who have complain can submitted As the LA Act said period. No one makes objection inside given period. So District Collector, Secretary Revenue and Chief Minister, Government of Mizoram all of them approved the Award. After that, Environment & Forest Department, Govt of Mizoram submit their Objection after objection period was closed. But, District Colector reject their objection. But payment was not made because of CIJWS received dual claiment (E & F Deptt submitt by themselves outside LA Act 1894 said permission. After this we had no other choice then file Write petition to Guwahati High Court, Aizawl Bench at July 2009. Ministry also changed, new CM make another trouble for land owner. He said there was too much bhogas claiment and it need to re acquire. But Cabinet Meeting held on November 2009 decide, forest will not interefere more becuse Cachar Inner Line Regulation had already reject at 2002 by Guwahati High Court Bench, Guwahati. After these, Guwahati HC Aizawl Bench not permit to re-assest, then after long waiting, in 18 January, 2011 HC Judge are going to make Judgement. But at the meantime, Union of India, Ministry od Defence Council M Pathak pray to court and hold Judgement, because they want to challenge the Award by fresh Write Petition. So Judgement are still delay. At their Petition, their main point is, District Colector have no power to approved, in LA Act 'Appropriate Government' is not mean District colector or State Government So on we poor villager and farmer land owner worry for this delay again. Is there any Indian who can help me? We the owner are very angry now, If Defence Ministry challenge, we will not permitted to surrender for Army Trainning Centre, who never paid Rental Charges from 1970 till today to the private land Owner. Is there any Supreme Court Judgement/Ruling similiar case like us. Please help me and mail me.

It is stated that the vacate stay petitioner has already been promoted as a Deputy Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department and is presently working as such. If the interim order of suspension is not modified, the prospects of his getting reverted are bright.
Therefore, the interim suspension granted on 20.12.2010 in W.P.M.P. No.38896 of 2010 shall stand modified and the vacate stay petitioner’s status existing as of now as Deputy Executive Engineer shall be continued.
W.V.M.P. is ordered accordingly.

Why my name is not there in Hon\'HC,Hyd cause list which is supposed to be there in.
Kindly suggest me on the above issue, it a burning problem for me because I have been struggling for this since 1983. I have been given all promotions (1) DM III Grade (2) DM II Gr. (3) DM I Gr. and (4) Dy.Executive Engineer w.e.f 2002 and as per OA filed in the year 1998, Wp filed in the year 2003 and OA in 2006

How far liability is limited in pivate limited company? I paid big amount to a private limited company for providing software works. They failed to provide me the job works. The Gentlemen representing the company who orifinally signed the agreement periodically renewing the agreement. Finally acknowledged that he will pay me back and signed on behalf of the company. The company is not functioning since last few years. How can I recover my money or take an action? Even if I file a civil suit and get it decreed what can I do with it against a company without any assets? Can I make him personally liable and recover from his personal properties?
