Dear Sir/ Madam,
I want to ask you that Gujarat Housing Board had established project & make 3 Building as same construction. Each Building had 8 Flats & On Every Floor had 2 Flats. If Gujarat Housing Board established 3 Blcok, so it also make 3 Building Association & give registration no.? If it give registration no.how do it valid? Is it required to renew? OR On Housing Board registration basic, is it compulsory that 3 Block has continue combined association? Is there any required another registration?

though it is unbelievable bit it is the fact that company never provide any service rule book to any sales promotion employee.
in the appointment letter it is stated that probation can be for six months and he will remain unconfirmed untill and unless informed by a confirmation letter.
but as per form 10 of appointment letter, the job of a sales promotion employee is perenial in nature and on permanent basis.
seeking again your views regarding this.

I work for a start-up, which has not yet paid income tax for the year 2014-2015 and as a result has not been able to generate form 16.\
Also, for the first two years they did not pay employees PF and for a few months salaries were paid after the 15th.
What legal action can I take against This firm, please advice.

i want to enquire that i got divorse in 2015. but i filed 498 a case which is still pending or not i am not sure. since it was filed in telgana where i find very difficult to prove any thing becoz of police negligence. My Ex got married before divorse and also having children. now i applied for deletion of spouse name by submitting divorse papers. so becoz of pending 498 a case can it affect my reissue of passport.

We are an SSI unit registered with DIC since 1992.
Filed a case of delayed payment last year for a project executed by us in 2005.
Proceedings completed with the Arbitrator passing an order in our favour but allowed interest only from the date of filing and not from the 2005.
The opposite party has approached the district court to set aside the award claiming that the Act cannot apply retrospectively.
That's only a brief ides about the case.
Need expert advise on the matter.
