Hi.
I would like to know how I can initiate the shifting/vacation of a cigarette cum tea shop opposite my house in a residential area. There is a huge inconvenience to the residents of the cross due to traffic and gathering of smoking crowds. Ppl are always standing and it's unsafe and uncomfortable for women walking through the street. There are two schools however in the 120m radius and a hospital within 90m. The school students walk through this passive smoke everyday and are prone to taking up the habit. How can I proceed?

respected sir/mam last yr i was the elected president of student union of the oldest and prestigious college of rajasthan...9 months ago a programme was organised in a clg by clg adm in collaboration with student union ....in that programme we putted our demands before adm n protested in a silent way but clg secretarylodged an FIR against me that i --मैंने तोड़ फोड़ करवाई ह व् जान से मारने की धमकी दी ह /// whereas police adm was present there in that programm and was having full video clips so in their investigation they putted FR in my case that there was nothing like that..
sir next day the news of the fir was published in newspapers and it was starting of my political carrier ...people now see me with a dfrnt view
9 months passed i h tried to explain the case in best way plzz help me can i file defamation .. then how n plz explain the procedure

I HAVE GIVEN MONEY TO SOMEONE{BY TRANSFERRING IN HIS ACNT} 2 MONTHS BACK AND HE H GIVEN ME A CHEQUE AND TOLD ME THAT U CAN WITHDRAW AFTER 2 MONTS . NOW 25 DAYS AGO HE DIED AND HE IS NOT HAVING ANY AMMOUNT IN HIS ACCOUNT ..HOW CAN I RECOVER MY MONEY ,HE IS NOT HAVING ANY PROPERTY ALL PROPERTY BELONGS TO HIS FATHER WHO IS ALIVE

I am a central gov employee and recently took a loan of Rs. 30 lakh from bank for purchase of a house property. I will get the posession in march 2019. I want to know should i initmate the department now or at the time of posession of property.

Hi,
I have completed tenure of 5 yrs as Treasurer in our society which is of 32 flats.
It was in August 2017 when I resigned, also new tresurse nominated for my post, but still on paper no action is taken and still they ask me for cheque signature and docs to be signed as tresurer which I think is not valid after resigning.
Also 2nd query is on memember, say all 3 bodies shd be resigning togather only, and in this case other two bodies ie secartary and chairmen had just comlpeted 3 years, now asking us to be more 2 years as part. I want to take action hence pls reslove its like they are taking lightly and i dont want to continue. pls resolve and give solution as per By laws.

I have taken loan in HDBFS. Due to pending dues it went to Written off stage.I totally closed loan amount with penalties, dues and other charges.Taken loan closure letter.In Cibil report it was mentioned as Post( wo) Settlement. I wrote letter to lender and Cibil, when I paid total amount for closure of loan, why it is mentioned as Post Settlement in stead of Closed. The lender is fixed on Post Settlement.I was not partly paid amount, i paid total amount with penalties and other charges. What can I do now?

Koi job v pura jama kardiya, lekin late nahi lagbhag 22000 reh gaya, jiska chaltey ekdin achanak lokadalat se phone atta hai ki aap paisa jama kijie nahi to hum cout case karenge jis k liye aapko court se bel lena padega, sir mera maali halat avi weisa nahi hai ki me itna pisa jama karsakun. Avi mera paas koi job v nahi hai, kripaya mera marg darsan kijiye

I want to start a business of making soaps and lotions from home. I don't wish to do so from a different establishment as everything can be done from my residence. What are the requirements (registration, certification etc) I'll need before I can start selling? Who or which department can help me with that?

how to find out some one caste under RTI ACT(gov. employee in police department) he mention in his service book ? .. because they refusing under personal info..:( there is no way to find his caste or his service book ?

Difference in resignation acceptance date and reliving
Dear Experts.
I worked for X ltd for 1 year and 9 months. X ltd was first Company in my Carrer.
I wrote a mail to my reporting manager on 20th October giving notice that today is going to be last working day and demanded to accept the resignation.
He accepted the resignation but didn't informed HR team about the same Till now.
I have Joined Y ltd on 22nd and started working there.
Please let me know if on reliving letter the last working date Comes to be 27th then What will be the Consequences of the same with new Company as well as in future background Checks and Verification.
