My name is Dr. Tushar Soni. I am a veterinary doctor in Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh state. I have graduated in Veterinary Science. I want to take a LLB degree by studying with my job. Can I study LLB with my government job? Will the degree be valid? Do I have to study from college or adopt correspondence courses? What's the legal procedure for study during government service? I rented a flat 4 months back through a broker. I paid half a month's rent at that time as broker charges. The rental agreement was of 11 months but 1 month notice period was there. I am now leaving the flat having informed the landlord 1 month earlier. Now the landlord is insisting me to reimburse him the broker charges which he paid at the start because I am leaving in the middle. Even the broker is pestering me. Kindly advise me.

Personal letter can can open by unauthorised person
I am combatant member of Indian Air Force. Reply (Registered letter) of my wife’s letter from Air Force Wife welfare association (Regional) Subroto Park has received by my office’s address. Addressee of Registered letter is my wife.It is her personal letter. My in charge has opened the letter and mail-in like other official letter and publicized the matter. After remarks of my Section Commander the letter has given to me to give to my wife..
Is it legal or illegal? Can I challenge this against my in charge in court? Please guide me about what course of action can be taken against him.
