I was the distributor of ice cream company. About four year back govt agency come and take the sample of ice cream. I informed about the same to the company with memo issued to me. But no response from company side. After a month a sample report send to me which show the sample is rejected due lack of fats. I I also submit the purchase bill to said agency. Now the case is pending before the ADC court. Kindly guide can I stand responsible for the same or how can the matter is solve.

I live in UK. We have ancestral property (land) in india through my great great grandfathers and is nearing its selling stage. First of all I am the only legal heir to my father (only son) and my father is living back home. I have no objection to my father selling the ancestral property. But I cannot travel to India since my passport is currently under process. My question is shall I just send a simple NOC that is drafted by me with my picture in a white paper without stamped?? But lawyers back home are insisting me to send general power of attorney as a legal heir duly in front of notary or even in Indian embassy.
As my situation is complex since I don't have my passport to do so for this GPA. Even if it is yes.. the new law states that I need to produce a life certificate that is most unlikely to get it certified since the law in UK does not support to do so for a medical practitioner to give this sort of certificate.
Please help me everyone.. is there anything that can be done to make this happen.

maine ek sim liya aur ek doosra aadami mere sim ko badal kar kisi doosare ka sim mujhe de diya. aur mera sim khud use kar raha hai. uske khilaf mai kya kar sakta hu.

Sir I got an accident with my bike in which my boss who was the pillion rider got injured now his advocate make allegation on me that I was driving with excessive speed. while I record a FIR that some unknown vehicle hit us from back side. I have a comprehensive insurance policy of my bike. kindly suggest me if court pass a claim then who will bear it my insurance company or me

I am an Member of an Society Registered in Haryana in 2011, but recently i came to know about New Haryana Registration & Regulation of Society Act is in place from 2012.
So i want to know, is it compulsary to Re-Register Our Society under this act ?
Our Society has not done AGM since last 3 years also after election (2016-2019), is our Society is Active or it gets in-active?
please guide me.

Sir my check bounced cases before 4 years but no final case aropi one aper in court jamanat karke waps nhi Aya my lawyer asking you come in court every hiring bhtta ke name ask money.

Hi I m working in a PSU as Finance Professional n I m qualified CA n working at very level based on graduation eligibility criteria now my company wants to take out new vacancy of officer level job without giving us qualified professionals an internal opportunity n even changes its policy of internal exam for the same n taking out vacant positions in the open market... please advise if a stay can be taken against it or not?? As we qualified people who are eligible ..we r not given chance internally but vacancy is getting floated for CA freshers although we r qualified n have experience too. Pls advise a way out.

I would like to ask, We are an Registered Society under Socities Registration Act 1860 at Jind District of Haryana on 14th November 2011.
But after that Haryana Govt. has New Socitiey Registration Act "The Haryana Registration & Regulation of Societies Act 2012", so is it mandatory to Re-Register our Society under this Act ?
Please Advice.
