My father take guarantee for a home loan. The borrower ran away, now he is missing. We are fighting case in court and DBT for 3 years. He never attend the court system or any court date. We are trying to find himfor a long time. We get information about him and his new staying place. But now we don’t know that 1.How to catch him? 2. What is the right way to arrest him? 4.How get legal arrest warrant against the defaulter? We also have a fear that he again run and we unable to catch him again. Because few years ago, in starting we arrested him by local police, but they not give us anything in writing and leave him to take some money. Now need a perfect legal way to quite as guarantor after he get arrest, because he have a hug property to pay the loan amount. Give us the advice, our family is in a very big pressure.

dear sir, i had filed cases against three parties in consumer forum the op no.1 despite receiving notice did not come op no.2 appeared but op no.3 did not come and postal department returned the notice to the consumer forum stating the op no.3 has left the premises now the ld forum has directed me to provide me the address where op no.3 or the court would dismiss the case as non joinder of necessary party what should be done

Sir,
Somebody has told me that we can file consumer case against railway if grp is unable to trace our lost bag in 6konths time which has costly items in it. Is it correct or not. My mother handbag had been theft last feb.at dakshin express and still grp has no clue about it. Please guide me that is it possible to file consumer case against railway as it is railway duty to provide security to passengers and their belongings.

hello.. I am a lawyer practicing since several years. I am a witness and complainant in one of the case. Can I file and appear and present my case in court room. I know i can't present my case before court because i am witness, but i want to present my case myself.
Plz. if anyone have any judgment on this point

I am govt judicial employee. My mother in law purchased a plot Rs. 4,50,000/- (aprox.) through cash. She working as shopkeeper and filling return last 15 years. My father-in-law is also filling return last 20 year. She has given this plot to her daughter and my wife. I gave intimation to my department in 2017 within one month regarding this. After 6 months I have transferred this plot from my wife to my name for receiving the tax rebate from home loan. My department has not granted permission for home loan from bank and asked to me income of source of my father-in-law and mother in law. They are very little educate. They do not translation through bank and works on their own shop. They was purchased plot cash. My department is telling that you was should not receive plot this way, you was should receive account payment in your account. But my relatives purchased a plot and then it transfer to their daughter and my wife. Is any other iind option is not available that my department may be satisfy or any legal appeal is possible in high court

More than one entry with different epic no
Sir i have applied for voter id and got it today i searched on election commission website and came to know that my name is registered in voter list twice once with my original id that i have and another is some other epic no and other poling station near our area minor change that is of age between two voter list detail.
How could it happens sir??
Does epic no or voter id no means is our enrolment registration in voter list.?
How to remove it how authoirty my name twice another with some another id no that i nenver received.
I have talked to election commission office they simplly said it must be done by mistake? And they said duplicate record will remove itself.
What should i do?
