just i want to know whether the Private Banks comes under the purvive of Right To Information Act or not.Whereas all the Public Sector banks comes under the purview of R.T.I

sleeping partner's right to claim partnership profit

I am a parner in a partnership firm but in the begining of our partnership my other two partner's malafidely not added my name in the partnership deed they distribute all profits in four equal ratios and 25% each for 3 partners and 25% remaining always kept in bank. but after 3 years of partnership they refused to give my profit share saying that you are not our partner and your name is also not present on the parnership deed, what should i do now.

Format of NBFC Mandatory Complinaces

I want the format of

1. Board resolution for framing KYC (AML) Policy.

2. KYC ( AML) Policy.

3. Declaration by statutory Auditor that we have not received any Public Deposits.

4. NIL statement for FDI

5. NOF Statement by statutory Auditor

6. Board Resolution for Not accepting Public Deposits.

If anybody is having any format of above things then please send me at earliest

I had come across an advertisement published in a news paper 'Rajasthan Patrika'dated 9/12/09 in which is with the heading 'Dadi Ma Ke Nukse' under this techniques are given to kill new born girl child. So, I want to ask that under what provisions we can go against the newspaper and what remedies are available. I request you all please reply as soon as possible and also some SC judgments.
