if the parents alive & income is earned by minor on a/c of skill /talent then income will not be clubbed in hands of parents .minor will file the return +sign the reurn ?
my ? is since minor is not a party to contract then whether minor is able to sign or some other person is liable to sign b/c in return we have to acknowledge that information given above is correct. Review

Whether the power of "review" can be exercised by any court, tribunal or forum in the absence of any specific provision authorising it to do so?

Whether a Tribunal under the Motor Vehicle Act can exercise power of review while hearing an appeal or revision under sections 89 and 90 of the Act?

(2)Whether the counter clerk is liable for penalty?
(3)Whether the Railway Administration will be penalised under Vicarious Liability?
